Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

Fun Fact: Ghetsis is even scarier in the manga. He captures Unova's gym leaders and hangs them on crosses outside the Pokemon League (they later escape) and he threatens to flat out burn Black alive with a Volcarona so no one will learn the N was defeated.
And he wears a completely calm-looking smile while doing all of that. What a psychopath. In the Black 2 and White 2 chapter, he says he'd rather die than being arrested, and when N tries to save him from falling from a great height, Ghetsis beats him to a bloody pulp with his cane and calls N a freak.

While in the games, he's just in Team Plasma to basically get research funding, and is searching to find out what brings out the true potential in Pokémon, in the manga, he fully believes control is the answer. He also acts like child, giggling with laughter whenever he enjoys something and throwing tantrums whenever something doesn't go the way he wants it to go. And while game Colress never attempts to hurt the player and even helps them, in the manga, he's perfectly fine with freezing the protagonists solid and having them thrown into the sea. Oh, and unlike in the games, where Team Plasma freezes only Opelucid City to get the DNA Splicers, in the manga, they freeze over *most of Unova's cities and towns* just for the heck of it. And if you're thinking about his role in Alola, he technically doesn't have it in the manga. He technically did create the Beast Balls, but as he's arrested at the end of the Unova saga, the "Colress" appearing in Alola is actually just a Unova protagonist in disguise. So yeah. Colress in the manga gets done super dirty. Speaking of the person who arrested him: one of the Black 2 & White 2 protagonists is a boy born without emotions. He only understands the difference between right and wrong because he was taught it from a young age by the International Police when they adopted him. He's so overly flawless that he's Looker's *superior* and has the nickname "Mr. Perfect". And the juicy bit? The leader of the International Police even taught him that it's not only okay, but even *encouraged* to *violate the human rights* if it was necessary to arrest criminals. And not just the rights of the criminals, but *civilians too!* Jeez, this manga is messed up...
This theme really says "There's no going back." Seriously. Ghetsis was definitely going to kill you if you lost.

When the battle started i was like: " (Looking at my team) Ok, guys. If we lost, we die. DON'T FAIL". If my Serperior wouldn't have been fast enough, when all of my other Pokemons fainted, my character would have been dead.
@@giadaelacapsuladeivideogiochi I know that maybe sounds a bit silly and like creepypasta stuff, but imagine if the game rly did something like that. The battle ends, you see all the characters standing there as you normally would before the battle started, there is no music and the screen is slowly turning black. Then appears a textbox that just says "...You lost". And then the game ends and you then have to load your last savepoint. (I would say you just have to start a new game but wanted to make it a bit more realistic)
@@tragossoboy6700 i bet they thought something like that when they were doing this game... but they just decided to not put it, because they realized it would have been too much for the very young players. Anyway, i was thinking to an alternative way to put something like this: when you lost the screen simply turns black, right? Well, one creepy "lost creepy" could be simply something like this: you lost against Ghetsis, the screen turns black slower than the other times... and then the title screen appears as if you decided to come back to it.

Here's a little interesting fact. A majority of the Team bosses run Crobat on their teams, a Pokemon that only evolves via friendship. In Black and White 2 Ghetsis's Hydreigon actually runs Frustration, a move that increases in power the more the Pokémon HATES its trainer.
Still wondering how his Hydreigon can obey him after that.

One thing I feel like people don't mention about Ghetsis is that you only fight him *once*. Every major villain in the other games, by the time you're at the final battle with them, you've already beaten them once or twice, so there can't be all that much tension in your final battle with them; you've beaten them before, you just need to do it again. But Ghetsis only comes out to fight you at the very end. The gym leaders, the elite four, even the champion are all down below, occupied or defeated, and now you have to fight the mastermind behind everything, for the first and last time.

He's basically the "champion" of the game since you've beaten everyone else in the league so that's kinda cool lol-

People often say Team Plasma was lame. They wanted to "liberate" Pokemon, but really just wanted to run Unova. Yaaawn. Did you forget what actually happened? This man right here was a genius! He almost succeeded in tricking an entire region into releasing all of their Pokemon so he could rule as the unchallenged king. He lied to his son and manipulated him into acquiring the legendary Pokemon to insure his victory. He was truly a monster who cared nothing for others. Plus his signature Pokemon has frustration. How's that for a villain you Crobat using leaders?

I think Gethsis is Darkrai from Explorers of Sky. The same thing that turned the player character from human to pokemon happens to darkrai. So what if the reverse happened? What if Gethsis woke up with amnesia, but his evil personally fo darkrai shows though?
This theme song is the prime example of "Not even your newly captured legendary can save you" **edit** I will say when I first heard this song (I was like 9 or 10 when this game first came out) I didn’t like it as much. But overtime my mental taste buds have gotten better and now this theme terrifies me. Shows how psychotic ghetsis is.

To support this, listen to this exact theme. The timpanis at the beginning play G and C# specifically to set an ominous tone while musically symbolizing Ghestis evil nature.

One detail a lot of people don’t notice is that Ghetsis’ Hydreigon can counter N’s ENTIRE TEAM. Think about how evil that is. He not only manipulated his son, but he made sure that his son wouldn’t be able to win if he chose to fight back.

While not wrong, as Focus Blast alone covers 2/3 of N's team, N can still fight against Hydriegon with Vanillish and the Legendary Dragon.

@David Nissim I never said that it couldn't counter and beat Reshiram/Zekrom, I just said that he has a chance.
It took me power leveling a Scrafty to beat his Hydragon. Turns out instead of EV training it to be a speedy boy it turns out I made him a physical and Special defense tank. Still one shot it with High Jump Kick.

Ghetsis definitely has the most "endgame" feeling boss music out of the pokemon villains. Some of the other themes are good, but his really feels like that Unova is completely lost if he beats you.

no lie i thought he'd use dragon pulse and it would hit my fairy type, just imagine that insanity that would be if it had happened
Obviously Hydreigon is countered by Fairy types, in 1v1. In a 6v6 battle, you need some specific things to stop a Hydreigon rampage. Stealth Rock support and Speed control via Sticky Web only make things worse. For example, a Life Orb Hydreigon can 2HKO Sylveon on the switch with Flash Cannon. A non Life Orb one can do the same, if it has used Focus Energy and holds a Scope Lens to guarantee the crit. This Hydreigon can also 2HKO Eviolite Chansey with Superpower, OHKO Kartana with Draco Meteor, and score some other impressive kills.
Personally, this battle is why I raised a Ribombee in Ultra Moon. Specifically to see my Butterfly Kirby one-shot his Nightmare Ghidorah.

Battling Ghetsis as a kid felt so damn grande. I'll never forget that experience, the first time I fought Ghetsis. Man, I love Gen 5 so much, the best stories and games in all of Pokémon.

I actually feel bad for Ghetsis’ Hydreigon. It clearly hates him as evidenced by it use of Frustration in B2W2. The poor thing is forced to carry out Ghetsis’ bidding only to be stomped out by the player character during your battle with him. Similar to how N released his Pokémon for you to catch them in B2W2, I wish Ghetsis’ Pokémon were also released for you to catch.
And apparently he forced his hydreigon to evolve because the way hydreigon evolves is that zwellious’ heads compete against eachother and one eats the other. So I think that ghetsis forced the zwellious heads to fight and get killed.
You have _no idea_ how damn good it would make me feel to rehabilitate this monster's Hydreigon. I'd give it all the care and support that its last trainer never did.

It's been pointed out tons of times but i'll still say it, Not only is his team infernally difficult to beat...But it was literally designed to have a tremendous type AND stat advantage over N's Final team, Ghetsis KNEW he couldn't have N manipulated forever, and he was ready to take his Pokemon by force. That's fucking horrifying. (Hydreigon for example, has a higher base speed stat than Reshiram/Zekrom. and we know that firsthand if we sent our dragon out against him.)
The funny thing is,n's archeops has dragon claw,and could kill the hydreigon with it if its a high roll,other than that ghetsis prob will sweep N and kill him after he won

You should try Colosseum and XD's final bosses for a spin, particularly if you're trying to snag all the Shadow Pokemon. They get NASTY real fast if you're not prepared.
This is probably the most intimidating villain theme that the series has ever written. Especially given the knowledge that if you lose this battle, under no uncertain terms, Ghetsis WILL kill you.
This is why fairy types were introduced next gen.

The fact that all his pokemons in USUM are kept in master balls really says how much pokemon despise him.
This goes for all Rainbow Rocket Team Leaders. Their Pokémon are all kept in Master Balls. This includes Lysandre’s Gyrados which he apparently had a strong bond with being able to mega evolve it(I’m going off the logic the game tells you, not the actual thing. In normal gameplay you can mega evolve a Pokémon seconds after catching it)

It goes on about how it makes them aggressive and disfigures their body or whatever, Garchomp's arms get melted and Glalie gets it's jaw broken, why would something so harmful and unnatural require a bond or anything? I swear those Mega Evolution guys in that tower from X and Y were full of it, they were just trying to make their regional gimmick look less fucked.
The Sun and Moon mega evolutions were written because one guy in GameFreak hated megas and wanted to make them look worse. It’s very likely that the Pokédex entries describe what happens if you try to mega evolve without the strong bond - it works, but there are consequences. I’m of the mindset that a wild Pokémon can potentially mega evolve even without a trainer (as shown in the mewtwo movie) and THAT’S when the problems start occurring.
Oh my god, I love Ghetsis. He's such a fucking psychopath, so goddamn brutal. They did a solid job of writing him as someone who can easily pose as a philanthropist, someone who outwardly appears to be charitable and kind, but is actually an abusive, power-hungry monster. Pokémon doesn't usually do characters like this. Actually, now that I think about it, I can't name any other Pokémon characters that hit the same extremes that Ghetsis does. And that's why I like him so much.

I don't think Ghetsis was going to betray N (remember, Ghetsis needed N to be his puppet so he could control Unova without having to catch Reshiram or Zekrom). However, just in case something were to go wrong with his plan and N were to become a problem for him, Ghetsis had this strong team, which was most likely trained by force (remember, the Hydreigon hates Ghetsis so much it even had Frustration) so he could beat N.

So really, his team wasn't that bad, especially considering what the Elite Four's teams looked like in the same game. The Cleffa got OHKO'd by my Leafeon (best Leafeon ever, btw. He had Bad Dreams and learned Spore around level 40.)

Ah Ghetsis, the Pokemon worlds most well-written villain and an all around truly despicable being
What I like about Ghetsis is that he is actually true evil and provides a stark contrast to N, who in finding out that Ghetsis was pure malice, had his world view shattered after learning the "truth". While N had noble "ideals", the truth was that there will always be someone there to take advantage of Pokémon. It's in this moment that Black and White's focus on its core themes makes the game's story shine over most of the other ones. And while a lot of people were disappointed that the "twist" was really predictable, I think it serves as one of the best climaxes in a main story Pokémon game.

Ghetsis lacks backstory and depth of a character but he works the best as one of the worst Villain out there. He is pure evil and it is his whole character. It is one dimensional in paper but during the application it is hard to have a character being completely evil as evil as one possibly can. He is someone we must beat, someone we must stop at any cost. Who he is in the past doesn't really matter because Ghetsis standing in front of you isn't someone to reason with. Cyrus is nihilistic and sociopath but his body would still care for Pokemon, a fact he doesn't like even if it is for his own plan. Ghetsis on the other hand isn't even liked by his own Pokemon and treat them as slaves for his own ambition. Ghetsis is just evil incarnation that any other Main Villain looks like lesser evil in front of him.

I like how this theme goes on the timpani and heavy drumbeat similarly to Arceus’ theme. But while Arceus had a simple theme to illustrate that it didn’t need any other affectations to try and intimidate you, because you’re that far beneath it, Ghetsis has chanting and ominous brass added to his theme because he, try as he might, doesn’t have Arceus’ power. It also fits with his design, which invokes the classic satanic archetype, and use of the “devil in music” tritone. Hell, his Japanese name, G-Cis, even sounds like “Jesus” out loud while also invoking that tritone.

The drums in the opening represent your impending doom. The theme is overall very slow and calm, representing Ghetsis being mysterious up until this point where he is straight up terrifying. The chanting of what I'm assuming is his name, represents his ambitions of world domination, as if people are calling his name and begging for mercy. Also his theme borrow instruments from Arceus' theme.
Personally I always though it interesting that his theme has a sort of choir quality to it. Like it’s supposed to be this holy hymn but it’s not. I took it to represent that this guy had a god complex or something.

I like how the beginning uses so much percussion to convey such an intense mood, and the pitched percussion and slow integration of other instruments really brings in just this ominous feeling, like this person is truly intense, scary, and something to be feared, someone to take seriously. It's all part of a theory due to Hydreigon having Frustration in his moveset in B2W2, a move that is stronger the lower a Pokemon's happiness which Hydreigon just happens to have the losest possible. People think that Ghetsis abused Hydreigon to make it evolve way earlier than it should and after evolving it went berserk and ripped of Ghetsis' arm which is why we never see it

@@Cdoggle, There was this other theory I heard about how Ghetsis may have already came into contact with Kyurem even before the events of BW and to use the DNA Splicers had been his plan from the start but after attempting to capture Kyurem it attacked and froze his arm completely, which is why it's black since it is heavily frost bitten. But after he failed to capture Kyurem he decided to go for Reshiram/Zekrom first and then bring that back to subdue and capture Kyurem that way instead

The man who's main uses Frustration, a move that gets stronger the more the Pokemon HATES its trainer. The man who doesn't even love his son and only sees him as a tool to gain more Legendary Pokemon to achieve his goals. The man who isn't afraid to threaten and even KILL a child to win. The man who built his team to body his own son's team to prevent him from fighting back. The man that makes every other Pokemon villain look like the most friendly people, even Cyrus. Plus, technically, Lillie and Gladion stole her Pokemon, so she’s provoked either way. Ghetsis, however, is way worse. He knew exactly what he was doing with N, an innocent person who loved Pokémon. Yet he still lied and brainwashed him into being the King of Team Plasma. He’s also mentally insane, a sore loser, and a psychopath. In B2W2, he attempted to kill N and the player with Kyerum. In USUM, he threatened to kill Lillie if the player didn’t put down his Pokeball, and things could have ended in disaster if it wasn’t for Colress. He’s a terrible person and a bad father. Lusamine definitely could have been worse
Either way, I hope lusamine is behind bars for life. Whether she shaped up or not, she needs a punishment. I also hope Ghetsis got a big punishment. Hopefully the Shadow Triad have been captured.

Most Opponents never miss with inaccurate moves like how Opponents in the battle tree in gen 7 never miss with 1 hit ko moves and their quick claw always triggers.

Oh my God, this battle was fucking infamous. Just when i thought Ghetsis is another leader of a team that i can defeat while fluffing around, that fucking Hydreigon outsped my entire team and proceeds to sweep everything, even Reshiram. How is it a good idea to have a Hydreigon that knows surf.

Technically Ghetsis' team is meant to beat N's team in case of betrayal, with Hydreigon having a move to counter every single one of N's pokemon.
+Dogempire but Hydreihon has a lot of weaknesses, he's a realy good offensive pokemon (I know what i'm talking about, he's one of my sweeper in oras) with an incredible move pool, but he's realy bad defensievly
+math77370 In 6th Gen, yes. With 4x times weakness to fairy types, he is pretty bad defensively. But there's no fairy in 5th Gen, and remember that thing would probably outspeed dang near every pokemon you could acquire by that point (Mienshao, Archeops, and Scolipede are notable exceptions)
Hydreigon has an extremely solid move pool, in gen 5 I solo the league with him, his move pool is incredible, he can learn earthquake for example
Genuinely think he is the best villain throughout all of pokemon, a genuine psychopath and I think the theme beautifully portrays his wickedness. The focus on his egotistical world view is great with the ghetsis chanting and the fact is sounds similar to arceus’ theme in some places
Knowing a monster like Ghetsis exists, it make teams like team skull or team yell and Team Star looking like bottom feeders
