I love your playing and tone. How do you get this smooth, fusion-style tone? What's your setup? This kind of reminds me of Derek Trucks' tone.

Thank you very much for that huge compliment!!! This a fender amp set very clean with the fuzz face on maximum fuzz and the volume set to unison when the guitar volume is all the way up. Then finally, I have a dynacomp compressor before the fuzz face set very subtly and then I roll the guitar volume down a bit. You can see at the end of the video I finally turn the volume all the way up. The compressor isn’t a must but will help with keeping a consistent volume regardless of how you manipulate the guitar’s volume to change the tone. Thanks again🙏🏻💙

Yes! It absolutely does, especially if you have an old Marshall but I use the Catalinbread Dirty Little Secret for that. Very Hendrixy🙏🏻❤️
