Daniel Dastmalchian did an interview a little while ago and he talked about this scene. It was his first major performance and he was nervous performing with Christian Bale and Aaron Eckhart. So they were filming and Eckhart flipped the coin. Bale and Eckhart started laughing. Dastmalchian was afraid they were laughing at how nervous he was. Bale touched his shoulder and said “It’s okay. We’re not laughing at you. The coin landed on my head and bounced off.”

I always wondered if there’s another meaning to why they call Harvey dent two face besides his face and how it turned out Jim Gordon confessed words the end that the police department called him Harvey two face that was obviously before the accident happened and half his face got burned off I know he’s got like another personality after watching the first season of the animated Batman show from the 90s god bless Kevin and his amazing job as Batman but I always wanted to know after seeing this movie if Harvey had like a personality disorder or there’s a deeper reason to why people have called him Harvey two face
@haleighkirwan2423Ай бұрын
Remember that scene where he’s all friendly with Bruce Wayne and then later pulled Rachel to the side and started talking shit. That a true definition of two face but in the comics Harvey Dent had a split personality disorder. Where if he got angry he switched swides and lost control.

@@vzmo If I had to pick two good people in fiction who descended into madness, inevitably bringing fourth their own self-destruction; Harey Dent, The Dark Knight. Martin Walker, Spec Ops: The Line. GREAT characterization, great symbolism should you look closer into their respective content's details, overwhelminlgy condemnable by the time you finish both stories ESPECIALLY compared to the beginning of each story TO THE POINT where as you respected them admirably from the start, you would come to realize that you would EXECUTE THEM ON THE SPOT for their crimes. But what I know is what you can know. Should you venture into both of their stories, you'd know EXACTLY what they've done and how they did it. Amazing how overwhelming positive transformations can be. More overwhelming can be that of negative transformations, espeically since it can be YOU! Edit: Clearly there are plenty of good examples. But these two make the top for me.
