UPDATE!! VERSION 4.7 CHRONICLED WISH BANNER IS LOOKING INSANE & 4.7 RERUN BANNERS - Genshin Impact

Chronicled Wish is a new type of banner that was introduced in the first half of version 4.5. It featured six 5-star characters and several 5-star weapons, including limited items such as Beacon of the Reed Sea, Song of Broken Pines, Eula and Albedo. While there's nothing about the next Chronicled Wish in the current beta so far, there is a chance that it might be available in the upcoming 4.7 update as well.
And the reason for saying this is that 4.7 is going to be a filler patch, similar to 4.5. After 4.7, the next chronicled wish is expected to appear in version 5.3 or 5.5, which is very far away. So this is the perfect time when Hoyoverse could rerun some old characters without putting them in the limited event wishes, and create some space for Fontaine characters reruns and Natlan characters of course.
Before we start, let's take a quick look at the currently expected banners for version 4.7. According to recent info, Clorinde & Wriosley are expected to appear in phase one, whereas Siegewinne & Naavia are expected to appear in phase 2. However, I think it's way too early for Naavia to return, since characters like Ulhaitham, Fyurina, and Shen-hay still haven't gotten a rerun.
Moving on, the source of the 4.7 banners didn't mention anything about the chronicled banner, nor did the other data-miners, so today we are going to discuss the characters who might appear in the next chronicled wish in 4.7.
Before we start, let's look at the rules of this newly added banner. Based on the rules of the Chronicled Wish, only limited characters who have had at least three banners and have not been featured on any recent Event Wish are eligible to appear on the Chronicled Wish. However, it's still unclear how much time exactly we are talking about here.
Additionally, the new banner in 4.5 had a Mondstadt logo, so it might be a region-based banner. So it is likely that the next Chronicled Wish might feature characters from Liyueay. It's also unclear whether archons can appear on this new banner or not, but if they can, then Zhong-li has a decent chance.
As I said, Hoyoverse has already confirmed that only those characters who have had at least 3 banners in the past can be featured on this banner, not 3 reruns but 3 banners.
Starting with the Liyueay characters. Despite being released in version 2.4, Shen-hay has only had 2 banners so far, therefore she will not appear on the next chronicled wish. So the 4.7 chronicled banner would probably feature Ganyu, Child, Yelaan, Kaching, and Qiqi, along with their signature weapons like Amos Bow, Aqua Simulacra, Jade Cutter etc.
Inazuma doesn't have any standard banner characters, so I don't know how they're planning to handle that. But I'm guessing they'll rotate the standard characters from other regions, or maybe they will put more & more limited characters on the chronicled wish, as time passes by. And don't forget that all of the Inazuman characters have received more than 3 banners at this point, so yes, Hoyoverse can always do that, since it's not mentioned anywhere in the rules that they can't or they won't.
