Something I've always thought, the D6 seems as though all the power is going out the exhaust and not turning into power at the tracks ! Almost like it's low geared ,and are those stumps that are stopping her in her tracks ? A root rake on the loader would give a wider clearance and be more effective due to you lifting up and pushing ! Nice to see the machines getting a run in big paddocks

I've let the air clear a bit before this comment. You seemed to have a rough time with recent posted events especially airing comments you've received. Just thought I'd remind you there's a whole mess of retirees just like myself who live & work vicariously through your actions because we no longer can. If folks get a bit uppity during difficult or taxing jobs, I'd say take it in stride. Folks get a bit protective of you & especially your fabulous selection of gear, things tend toward tension especially toward your newer/bigger 330. When you displayed the wear on your excavator teeth, it certainly rang a few alarm bells in my head. I'm betting you regretted picking the D-6 over the D-7 right about now after yesterdays difficulty clearing stumps. You've done an outstanding job clearing as of late, that much is very apparent. On the side, C&C has a D-7 like the one they sold you with the side plates for the engine compartment. I believe they can duplicate what you're missing on yours or so they mentioned. Thanx

Maybe a burn pit instead of a pile, because I'm thinking there may be a fair amount of small roots and junk that'll get bladed up. Only unknown though is where such a pit would go on the property where it wouldn't be in the way of a current or future build project. Either way, looks like the projects are going to be quite interesting, as well as the addition to the 330 when it's unveiled.

Good job
The D6 needs a piece of exhaust pipe about 18” long from muffler upwards with flapper on top. That way you won’t have to have the exhaust almost in your face
Great video as always ,that appears to be a nice looking homesite.machines are always impressive as to what the project will be looking like, hopefully not to many brambles on this lot. I think you had enough on the first lot clearing projects.continue on doing what you do best.great job 😎😎😎👍👍👍
That D6 is a Gem.....Great Vid 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Something I've always thought, the D6 seems as though all the power is going out the exhaust and not turning into power at the tracks ! Almost like it's low geared ,and are those stumps that are stopping her in her tracks ? A root rake on the loader would give a wider clearance and be more effective due to you lifting up and pushing ! Nice to see the machines getting a run in big paddocks
Thanks
Now I know what it's like to br a bobble head figure. The part where the camera was bouncing reminded me of being in a Coast Guard Sikorski HH52a Seaguard amphibious helo in a brief afternoon gale flying south on Biscayne Bay training flight I flew copilot on in '79. Got a little choppy but was fun for me.
Another great video Chris,Think track loader just didn’t have the power think 360 was best for clearing that brush out IMO ,Keep the great videos coming ,Drew
The last part gave the video extra flavor..
Thanx
Good Sunday morning everyone I hope you all enjoy your Sunday ❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂
Today is Saturday . 🙄
@@RW-bt6ex Maybe, he might live somewhere else not in the USA
Sunday in Australia
Sunday morning coffee, Kingaroy, QLD, Australia. Good morning world.
Good morning to you 😂😂😂😂😂
I think it goes fastest when you use the 220 then use the dozer to move the piles.
That video went quick it seemed, seems like there wouldn't be as much dirt if using the excavator, but dozer is quicker, you give some to take some , thanks for sharing Chris
A big ass ship chain between the d6 and d7
You got attack by bees in your previous video and now you're brave with the D6 moving bush lol.
That’s some beautiful land. Flat and easy compared to most of the United States. Consider yourself lucky. Easy on the iron for the hours you put in.
It sure cold started real easy. Yes Robert, there is a camera there. Back on the Geoff land development site. Wilma dozer needs a front window to keep the branches out of your face. We needed to see the video of you using the long handle battery wrench. You should have brought Wilma or Francine there before you & Geoff went plowing briars with the side by side. Just imagine how tough the old pioneer farmers were with a plow and a mule in that.
Yahooo off and running…and some of those rides looked pretty wild! Hang on to your hat, we’re going in! 😂🤣😂 👏👏👏💯👏👏👏
D6 started right up for sitting for a few months
hope you get some rest Chris, you are sounding a bit tired.. nice video 🚜
I ran my new lawn mower for 2 hours today. What a comparison. LOL!! 😂
Unless there was some editing that’s some very well maintained equipment. First fire in how many weeks? This is why I like this channel, no wasted movements and highly maintained equipment
Hey brother haven't seen any of your other videos in awhile guess my KZhead notifications weren't turned on but good to see you again
All the "TOYS" must earn their keep. 🙂
i love the old cat d6
You need Betty on site to show that brush who is boss.
