  • Hamza... It's been a great journey following your experiences as a young man and learning from my and your mistakes... I am really thankful for your help... I have a suggestion that manny young men need. Practical clear steps to get over a breakup, and I mean the real way not I am gonna be the best to make them regret which is just a form of distracting your self from the present moments and feelings and it can be a good motivation but when your core is not fulfilled enough and you are not satisfied with the present moment the motivation will fade eventually.

    @thepizzafoogle5481@thepizzafoogle54812 ай бұрын
    • I mentioned that to him in one of my comments earlier in this thread. Do you realize that most of the men who also follow Hamza are likely also autistic, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed?. However, that said, focus on his content/recommendations, not his presentation of the material. He is suggesting that you get out of your own head, and as autism is self-ism (au = self, ism = belonging/related to), it is good advice. While you will initially be masking, if you keep taking these actions, it will become much easier in time, and require less mental energy. I can’t stress this enough. Learn how to be comfortable with doing these actions. Please do not mask, and then drop the mask once you have the woman, as that’s “bait & switch” from her perspective. Just practice these steps all of the time so that it’s more comfortable for you. Wishing you all the best!

    • It’s a very popular term where he’s from to just mean someone stupid. I use the term “retard” sometimes as a simple insult. My mind doesn’t actually think of someone with autism, I only see it as an insult. I guarantee it’s what Hamza is doing as well

    • @@thepizzafoogle5481 I can’t tell you what you should do, but I can tell you what worked for me. I started out by “acting as if “, as in, if I were confident and social, how would I behave? Then I did that. I started out with the same gender, then moved on to the opposite gender. I worked in a field where it was imperative to be able to communicate with all people effectively. I would literally get up in the morning, put on my work clothes and act like the person whom I wanted to become. I talked to everyone, regardless of age, gender, etc. I learned to smile and make eye contact. I said hello or made small talk. I acted as if I were a social, confident , successful, strong person. It was way out of my comfort zone AT FIRST. In time, I was no longer acting/masking, as it became effortless and then it was just who I was and what I did. I wasn’t trying to pick anyone up, as for me it was more of a desire to advance professionally and socially. I did a whole lot of inner work, too. I became the person who I had wanted to be before and had wished I were. Ask yourself, what would a man/woman who loves themselves do in this situation, and do that. Teal Swan has a book and videos describing her one year of self love challenge. Challenge yourself to act like a person who loves themself for one year. Hamza is essentially telling you to do the same thing, but in a different style of delivery. I don’t think he’s autistic, or realizes that this work, especially for those for whom it involves masking, is challenging. However, you can still challenge yourself, but do it with self compassion, along with the self discipline & motivation . Accept that you won’t feel comfortable doing this at first. Every single time you have a victory, big or small, look in the mirror and give yourself a high five/fist bump and say “You did it! Keep going!” These skill require practice and commitment to yourself. You are worth it. They’re like “social muscles “, which fatigue when first working out, but don’t easily fatigue when you’ve practiced and worked them consistently over time. It becomes much more effortless in time. In this way, it’s not masking forever. Go slowly, and practice with low risk people, so that your hippocampus doesn’t get triggered and put you into flight or fright mode. Easy doe it. You’ve got this! I believe in you. Please let us know how you are doing from time to time. We’re here to support you.

      @hiannahgus574@hiannahgus5742 ай бұрын
    • I don't think he means literally autistic. It's kind of just slang for either blunt, socially awkward or stupid sort of like how crazy or evil people get called psycho. I'm autistic as well and I think that it's nothing to be self conscious of.

  • Hamza, most of these tips were good, but the last was so on point. I have been telling socially awkward men who want to be able to talk to women to be friendly towards ALL people of ALL ages, ALL genders, ALL colors, etc. Learn to become more socially comfortable talking to ALL people, then talking to women, and to that special woman will be easier. Btw, you say the word autist a lot. Actually, a large percentage of your viewers are autistic, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed! Autism is a spectrum, and your content is teaching these men how to feel better by fitting in with people easier. Yes, there is the initial discomfort in getting out of their comfort zone by taking your recommended action steps, but with practice, it becomes easier , and then second nature. I am a women who did all of your action steps decades ago in order to become an attractive, elegant, classy woman whom men and women say is so easy to talk to and with whom they feel comfortable . I did a self transformation long ago which changed my life for the better, and I am so glad that you not only have done it too, but are helping other men to do it, too. Keep going, Hamza! Gentlemen viewers, if you are just starting out on your transformation journey, I wish you the best! Keep us posted. ❤

  • Hamza, you saved me. I los everything I had when I was 14. I lost my uncle, which was closer to me than my mother or Father. I lost many friends in a third world country. I got betrayed by my only friends because of a girl, and I just wanted to end it all. But then I found your channel. Your videos resonated with me, and I really could relate to your mental health and trauma videos. The jeffrey part of my brain, the lizard part, told me to end it all. Told me to take the pain away. I never received true love from my parents and I still don't as a 16 year old, so my parents feelings weren't a reason for me not to meet my maker. But I pulled through. I would work out while fucking crying my eyes out. I would wake up at 5 am to learn and study while thinking of my fallen brothers. I've been meditating for many many months or maybe a few years. I don't really know it's just integrated into my life. My life isn't really amazing, I'm still single, never had a relationship, eventhough all my friends got bitches in 4th grade, but I'm still living, and I think i have made all my fallen loved ones proud. Hamza I know you won't read this comment because it's so long and you have better shit to do than respond, but even if another person reads this, I wish you the best, you can do it. Never give up bro. It might not get better today, or tomorrow, but someday. You gotta know, we're all mostly struggling. You're not alone. :)

  • I dont like my job, but in all honesty there is a massive plus to it. I work in a warehouse, but its an embroidery warehouse, so nearly everyone there is a woman. Before I had that job, I would literally sweat solely from being in the presence of women, even the women i wasn't attracted to. This was especially the case if they were around my age. Now, I'm not attracted to any of the women I work with, so I still get a bit nervous around attractive women, but I am now pretty charismatic when talking to most women. I've improved so much in fact, that I was promoted to team lead partially due to the fact that I'm decent at talking to people. Like Hamza says, it may be uncomfortable, but putting yourself in a position where youre actually talking to women more, helps more than anything else.
