I think it was a way of sabrina to remind everyone who's been hating on her that josh is with her now, and no matter what they say it's not gonna change the fact that they're both happy together, even if olivia says that she's not okay woth josh and sabrina together, she won't still have the rights to tell them or order them to break up because she's just an ex now, like if your former lover found someone else after your break up, you have to accept it and not get in their business and not encourage other people to also get in their business.
