Here is my 4 day old newborn baby girl stretching. She is the cutest newborn baby (in my opinion) and is waking up and stretching like a little bunny! I'm so in love!

You do NOT know how long she was sleeping here before I woke her up. you do not know how long she went without eating before I woke her up to feed her. She is my third baby. I have raised 3 babies healthily and successfully so DO NOT JUDGE PLEASE!

Ignore them. She's obviously is happy and healthy. Trolls thrive on any reaction you give them. Good or bad. They just crave attention. That's how pathetic most of them are. I mean there are some really sick ones out there that stalk almost all baby videos to write nasty comments. And I always wonder where these "Perfect Parents" own children are during the time when they are busy stalking KZhead. They have nothing better to do with their lives. It almost makes you feel bad for them. ALMOST!!! I have 3 children, and there's absolutely nothing wrong in what you're doing. Especially if this is tour 1st baby? Which I don't know is the case. But when I had my oldest the dr.'s told me of my son wasn't waking every 3-4 Hours to wake him. I listened 🤦♀️. But when I had my 2nd I let her wake me. They know when they are hungry and they will certainly let you know. Bottom line is if the baby is happy, loved, and taken care of; you owe ABSOLUTELY NO ONE Any Explanation of how you choose to mother your baby. Brush your shoulders off and ignore them.

The little squeaks and grunts babies make when they’re waking up are my favourite thing 😍 she is too precious, well done you! Try to enjoy this time as much as you can (sleepless nights included) because it’ll honestly pass so quickly!

I remember watching this so many times before having my daughter (firstborn)... now she’s already 2 years old and I’m having another one in a few months and I’m watching this again... how I missed my baby daughter in the newborn days 🥰 Your baby is so cute and beautiful she’s like my daughter who likes to sleep all day and be awake at night but she did wake up herself when hungry then goes back to sleep lol its hard keeping her awake in the early days

Oh how I miss those days. I had lazy babies they slept all the time. My second started to lose weight so we had to wake him more often so he could get to his recommended weight. He caught up really quick. If a baby needs sleep ain’t nothing u can do to keep them awake. U did u mama

I've never seen a mother of a newborn intentionally wake the baby. Usually they're much too desperate to nap while the baby is napping!
I was trying to get her to stay awake a bit during the day so she could sleep a bit at night 😊

Weird. I was told by the doctors at the hospital and my pediatrician that we had to wake our baby every 3 hours at night to feed. And that is common practice where I’m from-until the one month appointment when the doctor gives the okay to feed on demand
You have to wake them if you are breast feeding and your breasts are so engorged that they are exploding and you’re screaming in pain! It happened to me. Also if you need to go somewhere such as a dr appointment, or you need to wake them to give them medicine, as I had to with my child. There are many different reasons why a mother may have to awaken her baby, especially once she’s gone back to work. Everyone’s life is different.
My second baby would have slept through through her first night home had I let her. I got worried around 2 a.m. and woke my husband to get his opinion. We agreed to wake her for her feeding. Same thing the second night. I called the pediatrician' who said if she was ready sleeping through the night to just let sleep and take advantage of it by getting a good night's sleep.

She was sleeping so good until you woke her. Then you kept rubbing her belly and talking to her when she was trying to wake up. So just because she is crying didn't really mean that she was hungry. It sounds to me that she was just mad because she is still tired.
Cindy didn’t you hear her say she wants to sleep all the time except at night? That’s why she was trying to wake her! She’s the mommy you aren’t so how about either enjoy the precious newborn or go bye bye 👋

Why wake up sleeping girl baby?
Plenty of reasons, might be feeding time, might want to change the diaper, might want to make it to where baby doesn't keep you up all night. There's plenty of reasons to wake them up, unless of course you enjoy sitting in your urination for awhile.
@Mo mo If a baby has low blood sugar they're super sleepy and don't wake up for feedings, which of course makes it worse. That's what happened with mine, the doctor had us literally set an alarm every two hours to make sure he got enough to eat. After a week he started waking up on his own but for a while it was kind of scary. Anyway, lots of newborns go through that to some degree.
Mo mo Not all babies wake up when its time to eat. Some will sleep for hours even with a soiled diaper on. When the mom woke her up the baby gave cues that she was ready to feed by rooting and attempting to place her hands in her mouth. There is nothing wrong with the mother waking her baby to feed her when she is likely to fall back to sleep right after anyway. Also it makes more since to wake them during the day for feedings to allow for longer sleep at night for the both of them.
@@wineinmysparetime1919 yes doc. Your explanation is very generalised. Its good in theory but doesnt always work. Im also very sure you love being woken up. For sure you do. I saw no signs of that baby being hungry. It just looked pissed off. Thats my opinion. Each to their own but that baby didnt look to happy being woken up
@@stevelozevski8151 Pushing her tongue out, hand to mouth, head turning side to side (rooting)--all classic hunger signs in a newborn. What looks like "pissed off" to you is likely a baby just getting used to the world and taking it all in. Newborns need to feed frequently, and some of them sleep so much that they need to be awakened to get the nutrition and calories.

When did you decide and plan for baby no 3 , I have two boys who are aged 9 and 6 and tbh it never seems a right time to decide as I'm always going back and towards between after clubs and extra curricular oddly enough that hasn't put me off having one more
We didnt plan on our 3rd hehe. We ha the two boys 2 years apart and wanted a break for a few years, but 3 months postpartum, i was pregnant again with LILY! She was a TOTAl surprise! But such a good one :)
