Islam has a great chance of surpassing Khabib. If he’s the first to defend his title 4 times at lightweight and one of them is Volk, he will be considered in my book the best lightweight. Now that he’s got the belt people have to go after him. And this is great for a fighter trying to make their legacy. Tough competition will make or break if he surpasses Khabib.

Likely because it's a team of people. Spreading the tasks such as clip gathering, editing, and script writing out amongst multiple people allows for a greater frequency of these mini documentaries. The voice over is likely a paid voice over since I believe I've heard this voice and ones very similar on other fighting channels.

the 2nd fight of islam where he lost, was clearly early stoppage...... we see clearly islam sent his leg to protect himself as olivera does, and he successed, but in the same time the referee also interfered and stopped everything
The way islan fell looked very bad. I dont think it was early, he blacked out for a milisecond there
@@felipeporto5835 true, i also saw he was stunned, but i saw exactly the same from oliveira and he always manages to come back in 10 seconds after blood flows to his head..... and the rules are quite simple, its not looking dizzy that makes the stoppage but the incapacity to defend well, so it need a clear punch being received without any guard, or multiple punches if standing without guarding in an intelligent manner (as the rules say)....... and we clearly see him sending the leg in the right direction which stopped 80% of the incoming punch, problem we will never know if he could simply get him in a guard and wait to get his brain back, or if he would get punched without blocking..... because the referee was already there at the same moment of the first punch
@@abdelhakyac7285 I agree with you, the ref could've let a few punches play out. But still, I cant call it a bad call cause it looked more like a knock out than a Knock down when the hit the ground (for me)

whatever accomplishments he gets, he cannot surpass Khabib only because he had a loss in his career. Also outside of the cage, Khabib was the one who took his father's role and helped Islam win all this accomplishments. We all love both of them but Khabib is different.
