  • Love these videos. I was a pro wrestler who turned to MMA in the early 90s. In doing both of these, you encounter way more bullies than one might think. More often than not, they are all talk, all bluff and back off when you push back. Also as a fighter, when you see these guys saying undefeated ya know, won 40 straight fights or they say they're 200 and 0, are always full of crap. Everyone loses sometimes and often way more than once. I fought and wrestled for the love of it and the challenge to myself, but I can't lie, back in the day when a new guy, or someone walking by our gym, would come in thinking how tough there and running their mouth, I did enjoy, whether it was me, or one of the others guys, putting them in their place haha. Keep these video coming!

    • I've trained in many styles of martial arts most of my life. I trained in Karate when I was a kid and in the 80's in Southern Cali most competitions where full contact. I trained in the bow staff and we competed with oak staffs. I'm sure it has changed a lot since then, which is a shame since it helped toughen me up. I got into a lot of fights in school because I had a lot of confidence in my abilities, sometimes to much. With the skill level I had, when I lost a fight, it was usually pretty bad for me. I chilled out a bit when I got into a fight at school and was stabbed on my inner thigh. I ended up in the Army shortly after high-school and at that point it had been a few years since I was in a fight. I hit puberty late so when I joined I was a tall, skinny awkward nerdy looking guy. I was always shorter than everyone in school so I was used to being underestimated. During hand to hand combat we had a day where we did the pugil stick fighting. I broke my opponent's jaw in 3 places and after that, nobody got to continue in our entire unit. I got into a lot of fights after that. I started traing in kickboxing after basic and added TKD to my training since I was headed for Korea. I was not impressed with TKD. Ended up training in Gracie Jiu-jitsu after I got there and fell in love with grappling. I got good pretty quickly. We have 2 Gracie Barra gyms that I have now and my wife and kids both train. My daughter shares my love of grappling and she recently started wrestling. Still, I am nowhere near professional level, so stepping into a ring would be a bad idea for me. Hopefully the guys getting the beat down learned something.

      @anonimous2451@anonimous24512 ай бұрын
    • @@anonimous2451 it was padded. I still knocked him out. It's sucked for me and him. He got sent home and had surgery. He was either recycled or never came back. I became a target because I knew how to fight or they were all pissed at me because everyone was looking forward to it and half the country didn't get to participate. The battalion sergeant major and commander called it off because someone got their jaw broke. Plus they made me sit with him under a tree until someone came and got him. He was growing and crying the whole time so my victory was sold short. I know how to use a bow staff and a pugil is not to far off in use. I ended up in a fight when I was 21 and spent some time in jail for it. One of the reasons I avoid real fights is because I tend to take it to far. It's been hard work over the years to control my temper.

  • People who haven't trained and actually fought don't realize what this is like for the guy who has. Not only does a trained fighter have skills, they have undoubtedly been hit thousands of times. They are not going to wilt under pressure. There's a reason a trained fighter is calm. Fighting the average untrained or poorly person is like fighting a kid. Simply not a threat.

    • Did Muay Thai and bjj off and on for quite a while...in spite of having no talent at it and pretty much sucking..i loved it...the most valuable things i learned was the reality of how easily i would have gotten beat to shit if i hadnt walked away from street fights in the past...also energy conservation...folks who dont train have noooooo idea how tiring it is AND how you start to lose control of yourself once you get fatigued. Even after a lot of consistent training..i cant fathom challenging pro fighters in a disrespectful way. I did often ask some pros at the gym to roll..but with utmost respect..and i got destroyed every time but man i learned alot..and they were happy to give me pointers and adjustments.

    • it's very simple, practice makes perfect, with everything in life. I worked in the kitchen, and after years of practice, when I see normies wielding a knife it's like watching children... professional fighters feel like they're fighting kids when having to deal with these randoms. It shows the very limited mental capabilities of people: they step into a fight, they have no practice in that at all, to fight people who live in a fight, people who are straight up in the zone when the fight starts.

Glad I stayed but just a tip from some random schmuck. Try to get to the content you mean to show a pinch quicker. I almost missed out! I don't know if you have those metrics of how long someone watches your video and what part before leaving but I'm just curious if you lost people at the intro which was a poor representation of what the rest of the video actually was. • the dude at 4:15 HOPEFULLY!!!!! taught this dude a lesson, HE IS 100% right...... JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A BIG GUY..... DO NOTTTT think that you can win in a fight with someone who is smaller then you......... if you are a big guy you have to remember these things, if you plan on going at a guy who is smaller then you are, just remember HE IS FASTER THEN YOU, AND YOU BETTER FUCKING PRAY TO THE GODS THAT HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO WRESTLE OR BOX, I had to learn this lesson the hard way in college, I got FUCKEDDDDDD up by a dude who was 5ft 9inch, for reference I am 6ft 4inch, I hit him with 1 jab on the way in, before I knew it I was on my back getting ground and pounded, LUCKILYYYYYYY for me the dude was trained and he knew when to stop because he knew I wasnt going to try anything else......... and he was right, he broke my nose, gave me 2 black eyes, I LEARNED A VERY VERYYYYYYYYY VALUABLE LESSON that day....... ever since that day when I was 17 years old, I have trained wrestling/boxing and kick boxing (I am now 29 yrs old)......... I think that everyone who is a bigger guy needs to get humbled by a smaller guy at least once in their life, BECAUSE IN ALL HONESTY it could very well save your life one day.......... if you are drunk or whatever and you think you are tough just because you are a "big guy" you could just get knocked out by a smaller dude and smack your head so hard on the pavement that you could be left in a wheelchair for the rest of your life.............. it happened to a dude who lives down the street from me, he got in a bar fight one night and he got a right hook to the face and he dropped like a sack of potatoes and his head bounced off of the cement and it left him in a wheelchair for THE REST OF HIS LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this dude was only 30 years old!!!!!!! he had a son and daughter to care for and look after, and now because he decided to be a "tough guy" at a bar... welll..... his son and daughter are looking after him........... its a sad story but it is a VERY VERY REAL REMINDER to anyone out there who thinks either "I am with 6 friends so im going to talk shit because they have my back" orrrrr "well I am 6ft 2inches tall and 200 pounds" that just because you might have more friends then your "opponent" or you might be "bigger and weigh more" ..... THAT DOES NOT MEAN SHITTTTTTTTTTTT when it comes to fighting on the streets........... people CAN AND WILLLLLLLLLL FIGHT DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......... do not be surprised if you get sucker punched from behind, or if while you are half knocked out on the ground you see someone running up to you and full on soccer kicks you in the fucking face........ because that is the type of shit that happens in street fights now a days, the days of "fair fights" and "1 versus 1 fighting" ARE LONGGGGGGGGG GONE.......... if you are anywhere near drunk people YOU MAY AS WELL SIGN YOUR DEATH WARRANT IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING IN A FIGHT AT SOMEWHERE LIKE A DOWNTOWN BAR OR NIGHT CLUB........ THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS JUST FUCKING TURN AROUND AND FUCKING LEAVE.

  • Haha. I am friends with a couple former UFC guys, they never talked shit when we were hanging out and normies need to learn the lesson that you never know who you're trying to be a tough guy to. One example is Oleg Taktarov, we judged an underground fight together in the mid 90's and he is the most chill guy you'll ever meet. Watch one of his fights though and you'll see what he can do so a regular guy talking shit would receive the worst beating they could imagine. Also, what this makes me think of is tee shirts. I can walk in blind to a street fight and when I see a guy taking their shirt off to look tough I already know who's going to lose.

  • The problems with this video. The selection of clips were really good, but... 1 - You show the ending of each fight in the beginning of every clip before showing the rest, and you then show the ending once again at the end of each clip. Why not just show the build-up and 'then' show the ending at.........the end of the clip? 2 - You move onto the next clip literally a split second after showing the finishing blow, or, at other times, in the midst of the action, leaving an ever-increasing frustration at 'WANTING' to see the rest of the aftermath. Imagine if boxing and MMA simply skipped to the next fight less than 1 second after a knockout every single time, or in the middle of a war or a slug-fest? Nobody would watch them through annoyance and frustration. 3 - You edit many of the clips down too much, skipping a lot of the action, yet play the same parts of these clip over and over again. Why not show some fuller (or even unedited) fights and spars so we can actually follow the action rather than seeing the same short pieces of clips played over and over again together with your commentary and music, all while missing huge-chunks of the actual spars and fights?

  • Some people still don't understand the difference between a real street fight and getting in ring or the octagon and boxing or sparring with rules there is a BIG difference in a real life street fight there are different things that a trained in ring fighter is not used to encountering. Just like when a guy that CANT REALLY FIGHT ( HINT) steps in the ring with a trained fighter that can REALLY FIGHT..

    @alexisjohnson9608@alexisjohnson96082 ай бұрын
    • We all know this. Eye gouging, crotch shots, hair pulling, etc. You're still way better off in a street fight being trained in a martial art than not knowing how to fight at all. That's the point.

      @RC-hv1yx@RC-hv1yx2 ай бұрын
    • @@RC-hv1yxobviously a person trained in a self-defense style martial art geared for an altercations where there are no rules and no referees to stop the fight has a better chance in a street fight altercation you are actually stating the OBVIOUS lol. the point is even the so-called trained person can run into another person that is just as seasoned and equally experienced and equally as dangerous and fights dirty. There are a lot of those guys walking around out there in the streets.

  • I think my favorite of all times, is one you didn’t show here, where a young guy with a pony tail challenges a bold guy, not only way shorter than him, but also more than double his age, and the millennial gets beat up really bad.

    @alpiccino21@alpiccino213 ай бұрын
    • How do you know it was a challenge? I've seen so many people cover that clip, and despite them all saying that the young guy got what he deserved as he supposedly challenged the old guy, from the unedited clips, it very much looks like a general spar where the old guy actually challenged the young guy and asked to spar him, and despite the younger guy with the ponytail going extremely light and tapping the old man (and to be honest, not even touching him or even trying to do much of anything), the old man just started throwing full power shots which knocked the young guy down. The only thing that looked bad on the young guys side was that he was laughing (as it is a bit odd if some guy who looks like an 85 year old great grandad steps into the ring to spar you). Despite your best efforts not to laugh, you may not be able to hold it in as it seems like such a weird situation. It's not mocking the old guy necessarily. I would probably find it hard holding my laughter if someone put boxing gloves on a silverback gorilla and put it in the ring to spar me. I'd be in hysterics, despite me realizing that it could do me a lot of f*cking damage if it wanted to.

  • I really get up set when you these guys street fighters you really don't know what a true street fighter brings to the table. Look at Bruce Lee the greatest street fighter ever. Let's just call the a bully.
