We start with what’s at the center of each of our machines, our Power Bands. The Power Bands are the heart of the Skier’s Edge machines and what set our machines apart. Years of development went into perfecting the Power Bands to make sure they are safe, long lasting and have just the right feel. That same focus on our Power Bands continues each day at the Skier’s Edge. Every new batch of Power Bands received is tested for hundreds of hours to make sure they do not have flaws or any premature tearing. If we detect any signs of flaws in the Power Bands we test, the entire batch is rejected and we begin testing again. All the hours of development, testing, and dedication to the Power Bands is worth it so we know our customers have the very best.
Every machine that is ordered, is hand assembled and inspected at our facility in Salt Lake City to ensure top quality. The Power Bands are hand inspected, measured, cut and installed onto each machine.
A technician then hops on the machine and tests it to make sure the feel is right and the Power Bands are tight and secure. Our customers can be confident that they are receiving a machine ready to use right out of the box. We want our customers to love their machines from the first use and we strive to do everything we can to make sure that happens.
