There is 60 years worth of spider man story they could have covered before introducing the biggest mistake in the comics existence. Miles was created for all the wrong reasons and it shows. The only good piece of media pertaining to miles is into the spider verse. And a large part of that was just the masterful storytelling and animation(which didn't come from the hacks that invented miles)

Marvel make Scorpion a threatening villain, that’ll be bada$$, also the symbiotes are getting overused.
