I found a small mouse skeleton in one of my outlets when I was doing a bit of work on the wiring a while back. Funny thing was, it was in a wall I built in 2001 and the outlet was the newer plastic with the plastic wedgie thing the wire goes thru into the box.

PLUMBING that was a Mass of Tape, Putty, Glue, including old and new fixtures as a mish mash of USING what YOU got ( NOT ) what is needed or Converted as the INSPECTORS ( SURELY ) would have Red Flagged and Created a Major stir. They Tried selling the place a While back. The Perspective buyers got a Certified Home inspector in to see ho w bad the damage might be ? To say a FAILING Grade was the starting point in this HIT Parade of every possible Violation ??? The banks all said ( NO WAY. The Got turned down even after the Original Owers were going to KICK in some Funds to offset the FIX or Replace - costs. The Local Appraisers said this ( Site should really be condemned considering all the issues that had been created from basically a Meger starting point form the early 30's / 40's - ish era it was Bron from back in the fifties of construction Technolgies. I say this now for what I heard landed up happening was the Original owners eventually washed their hands of the whole deal . Got one of those Low ball cash offers and the realtor then bull dozed it down to out a Modern SPEC house to get rid of the ever growing eye sore and rising costs it would have incurred.
