With Nolan around, I cannot get close to Chang'e and Layla. Me as a Roamer Arlott got melted and also our MM did lots of blunders so I had to pick up the slack and become the MM next match.

KDA is the total number of Kills + Assists, divided by the number of deaths. 0-11-24 is a KDA of 2.18 which is still good, specially for a tank with a 69% (nice) kill participation.

Chang'e really needed this passive change ever since the double Ice Queen Wand nerf that made it not apply to enhanced attacks and a CD on slow stacks nerfing slow on both skill and ult. However, it is slightly overturned in damage scaling but not op. It does allows Ice Queen Wand to be replaced with a more magic damage-oriented item like blood wings or holy crystal to do that super burst ult. Overall I really like this new Chang'e as it's good but not op to where it gets banned.

I think she is fine. She falls off at high ranks especially mythical glory+ where Novaria and Xavier are super popular, although I heard they have been getting a little quirky lately with Angela (who is still quite good despite the nerf to her wave clear they recently did) and the recently buffed Guinevere (although she is almost perma banned on mythical glory+) running mid lane.

@@MyTran-gn4rkAlways hated playing Guinevere before as her jump was such a low priority skill(aka countered by alot of other skills), that you almost needed another hero on the team with knockup in mythical glory. Now I hate playing against her because the stun makes its such a high priority skill that you almost need purify just for her XD. I say almost because good positioning and vision control will work either case, but the pre knockup stun really made her more consistent against good players.

@@dtly50 Back then, they buffed her other abilities over her 2nd skill since you could still get a knockup ult by applying 3 abilities or empowered basic attacks, also people didn't like getting stunned which is why they were hesitant with CC especially compared to say 5 years ago where a lot of heroes had some insane CC. Now that they gave her a stun on the landing with no drawbacks, she could just run any roles besides maybe gold lane with her build influencing her play style as either a damage dealer or some weird setter tank with long range and long CC duration.

Nah, i prefer the previous chang'e before 2 buffs. This one tips towards a nerf instead of a buff, just like the previous one. That's why nobody plays this hero especially in high ranks where players have so much better choices instead of a hero who has 0 reliable cc, and now, 0 damage assets.

@@whispz her recent changes did see a performance spike for her so I think it is still a buff, the damage nerf is minimal especially since they buffed her base damage and scaling while the slow from her new passive works quite well for her ultimate since it is much more difficult to sidestep it, leading to more hits and more damage. If the changes nerfed her harder than it buffed her then she would of dropped in popularity instead of spiking.

It might sound crazy but you need to try mm build chang'e. Ice queen wand, Corrosion scythe, feather of heaven and windtalker are you main items. The enemies can't even move when you start attacking them.

@@darrenlingling1023 I think you don't know but chang'e didn't received a buff. Her passive was changed from doing extra dmg to extra slow when you dmg the enemy. And her enhanced basic attacks count as skill dmg now so they also work with her passive. So you can use basic attack only and still play well. And if you still want to use her skills, you can build glowing wand as your last item. Glowing wand passive works with her basic attacks as well.

Top local 10 chang e here. In the early game, wether or not your team have an advantage, you can use FoH to quickly farm towers and potentially push a tower or two. Chang e is really op againts towers so use that to your advantage. Heres my build Any boots FoH Magic Crystal (the green thing) Ice queen wand Any magic penetration item Any magic/defence item Assassin emblem with rupture and uhh...the one skilll that gives movement buff after a basic attack, actually you can use whatever in slot 3, i just like to use that one cuz i play aggressively. It may look like a funny build but atleast my 80% win rate doesnt lie! Btw you dont need any mana regen on chang e as long as you're not spamming your buff, maybe in the early game but you should try to get rid of em asap.

@@dtly50 in late game againts tanky line ups you will have to maximizes penetration, you can opt to keep FoH or replace it with glowing wand. Ah but if you have a chance to push and have enough gold, quickly buy FoH while pushing, trust me even my enemy was surprised how their base just melts from full hp Now that i checked, only 1 other top local in my area uses this build except they like to include the mana regen book. In my opinion its not worth it, if you like to spam your skills, use mana boot then replace it with penetration boot in late game bcuz you will need that extra penetration.

@Northern_Critter Agreed, Mana regen book is only good for Cecilion and Alice, IMO. There are better ways of gaining 45% CDR if you don't consume mana like water. Enchanted talisman is just a wasted slot that does nothing late game, where most heros no longer have mana problems.

Yep, as a roamer kill isn't the most important for us but the assists, to be honest I feel useless once I saw our score going up and I'm not getting any assists from those kills, another thing is when I see that the data shows I have most damage taken 😸

@@whispz I'm using purify/flicker depending on what they got. When I see fanny or gusion I don't pick her, haya or Hanzo are not problems , the movement speed from her 2nd skill+emblem+items is enough to outpace Hanzo s shadow , and with purify you get rid of haya shadow , or flicker to get out of his ult. The roamer is a bigger problem than the assassin. I never said I'm playing change in every game lol , once every 10 or so

@@TheEnthusiast404 I lost to Chang'e when I used Arlott last match. I know I can kill her first try but I realized that my teammates forgot to ban Nolan just to ban Valir. With Nolan around, I cannot get close to Chang'e and Layla. Me as a Roamer Arlott got melted and also our MM did lots of blunders so I had to pick up the slack and become the MM next match.

KDA is the total number of Kills + Assists, divided by the number of deaths. 0-11-24 is a KDA of 2.18 which is still good, specially for a tank with a 69% (nice) kill participation.

Chang e was one of my best picks this season for mid Mathilda for roam you can never go wrong with them
Chang'e really needed this passive change ever since the double Ice Queen Wand nerf that made it not apply to enhanced attacks and a CD on slow stacks nerfing slow on both skill and ult. However, it is slightly overturned in damage scaling but not op. It does allows Ice Queen Wand to be replaced with a more magic damage-oriented item like blood wings or holy crystal to do that super burst ult. Overall I really like this new Chang'e as it's good but not op to where it gets banned.
I think she is fine. She falls off at high ranks especially mythical glory+ where Novaria and Xavier are super popular, although I heard they have been getting a little quirky lately with Angela (who is still quite good despite the nerf to her wave clear they recently did) and the recently buffed Guinevere (although she is almost perma banned on mythical glory+) running mid lane.
@@MyTran-gn4rkAlways hated playing Guinevere before as her jump was such a low priority skill(aka countered by alot of other skills), that you almost needed another hero on the team with knockup in mythical glory. Now I hate playing against her because the stun makes its such a high priority skill that you almost need purify just for her XD. I say almost because good positioning and vision control will work either case, but the pre knockup stun really made her more consistent against good players.
@@dtly50 Back then, they buffed her other abilities over her 2nd skill since you could still get a knockup ult by applying 3 abilities or empowered basic attacks, also people didn't like getting stunned which is why they were hesitant with CC especially compared to say 5 years ago where a lot of heroes had some insane CC. Now that they gave her a stun on the landing with no drawbacks, she could just run any roles besides maybe gold lane with her build influencing her play style as either a damage dealer or some weird setter tank with long range and long CC duration.
Nah, i prefer the previous chang'e before 2 buffs. This one tips towards a nerf instead of a buff, just like the previous one. That's why nobody plays this hero especially in high ranks where players have so much better choices instead of a hero who has 0 reliable cc, and now, 0 damage assets.
@@whispz her recent changes did see a performance spike for her so I think it is still a buff, the damage nerf is minimal especially since they buffed her base damage and scaling while the slow from her new passive works quite well for her ultimate since it is much more difficult to sidestep it, leading to more hits and more damage. If the changes nerfed her harder than it buffed her then she would of dropped in popularity instead of spiking.

used to be a chang e man when i started, had 100 plus matches with 90% wr. really a solid pick for newbies as all is needed to be done in lower ranks were stay behind tank in teamfight and spam ulti whenever pssible

Use her basic attack more with attack speed items. This brings another dimension into her play. She may not have any hard CC but she is an absolute monster to go up against.

It might sound crazy but you need to try mm build chang'e. Ice queen wand, Corrosion scythe, feather of heaven and windtalker are you main items. The enemies can't even move when you start attacking them.
Yea but that would make change basic attack based which ruins the whole point of her skill buff
@@darrenlingling1023 I think you don't know but chang'e didn't received a buff. Her passive was changed from doing extra dmg to extra slow when you dmg the enemy. And her enhanced basic attacks count as skill dmg now so they also work with her passive. So you can use basic attack only and still play well. And if you still want to use her skills, you can build glowing wand as your last item. Glowing wand passive works with her basic attacks as well.

Chang'e's counter now is rafaela and her slow immunity, not lolita
Chang'e can not build IQW against Rafaela though, just get NOD and either holy cristal or blood wings and you don't fear Rafaela, however she can't tweak her build to attempt countering Lolita
rafaela die in only 3 basic attack by chang'e. not scary at all.
Radiant armor +1 mdef item, lolita, dash & burst heroes (assassin ones). One of the easiest to counter in MLBB tbh

If you have faith in your team, then icewand much better first item. If you want to do the damage then get it later

Top local 10 chang e here. In the early game, wether or not your team have an advantage, you can use FoH to quickly farm towers and potentially push a tower or two. Chang e is really op againts towers so use that to your advantage. Heres my build Any boots FoH Magic Crystal (the green thing) Ice queen wand Any magic penetration item Any magic/defence item Assassin emblem with rupture and uhh...the one skilll that gives movement buff after a basic attack, actually you can use whatever in slot 3, i just like to use that one cuz i play aggressively. It may look like a funny build but atleast my 80% win rate doesnt lie! Btw you dont need any mana regen on chang e as long as you're not spamming your buff, maybe in the early game but you should try to get rid of em asap.
So the legitimate machine gun build. Nice I can see it working. Should do almost normal damage with the plus side that it breaks towers almost as fast as trinity.
@@dtly50 in late game againts tanky line ups you will have to maximizes penetration, you can opt to keep FoH or replace it with glowing wand. Ah but if you have a chance to push and have enough gold, quickly buy FoH while pushing, trust me even my enemy was surprised how their base just melts from full hp Now that i checked, only 1 other top local in my area uses this build except they like to include the mana regen book. In my opinion its not worth it, if you like to spam your skills, use mana boot then replace it with penetration boot in late game bcuz you will need that extra penetration.
@Northern_Critter Agreed, Mana regen book is only good for Cecilion and Alice, IMO. There are better ways of gaining 45% CDR if you don't consume mana like water. Enchanted talisman is just a wasted slot that does nothing late game, where most heros no longer have mana problems.

Yep, as a roamer kill isn't the most important for us but the assists, to be honest I feel useless once I saw our score going up and I'm not getting any assists from those kills, another thing is when I see that the data shows I have most damage taken 😸

I pick change whenever i want a great wave clear and the ability to constantly be annoying to the enemy . Im using a build mainly focused on movement speed and its almost impossible for most heroes to deal with that
Obviously you didn't encounter a hayabusa, fanny, hanzo and a long list of heroes who can kill your hero even if hide in your base.
@@whispz I'm using purify/flicker depending on what they got. When I see fanny or gusion I don't pick her, haya or Hanzo are not problems , the movement speed from her 2nd skill+emblem+items is enough to outpace Hanzo s shadow , and with purify you get rid of haya shadow , or flicker to get out of his ult. The roamer is a bigger problem than the assassin. I never said I'm playing change in every game lol , once every 10 or so
