They were trained in defence for times when the men went to war and were primarily trained in ranged weapons and could never physically win a sword fight or wrestling match as depicted in the movies.     • @magna germania Then what about Boudica? She was a famous warrior who fought for her people against the Roman army in what is known as ENGLAND. She has her own statue in LONDON. MAYBE YOU SHOULD EDUCATE YOURSELF. Their have been female warriors even in the Civil War, their stories are hidden from the history books. Women have fought ,died, invented and discovered MANY things ,its just not in the history books. We rarely get mentioned. Oh, and misogyny is ancient, so maybe thats the reason why.....

  • The Tauriel fight scenes are the greatest IMO. She's so badass! I wish I could be like her. Say what you will about The Hobbit movies but you've got to admit, the book is one of the greatest stories of all time!

    • I loved the book so much and at first I didn't agree to Tauriel being in but having a strong female lead is something that is important in films these days...I loved her character so much I got a replica of her bow that has a fifty pound pull back. Have had it since 2016. Her fight scenes make me wish I was an elf

    • The Desolation of Smaug built up Tariel's character to be a super skilled warrioress with quite a deadly female finesse; but then in the BOTFA her role and character plateaued and she didn't do much of anything great in the battle. Who else found that really annoying?

    • The movies were very sub par and she was a huge part of how bad they were. No character development, a ridiculous love interest like some dimwitted, shallow teenage drama and just insanely overpowered in the masculine traits. The best a woman can be is not a man, feminists seem to have forgotten this.

  • Hey folks, hope 2021 is treating ye ok. This was the one song from last year that I wasn't completely happy with the production. So for the Level 11 album version we made a few tweaks to bring out (to my ears) its full potential. Here is the list of changes: Rebalancing of bass guitar/ kick drum low end frequencies to create a more dynamic groove. Guitar EQ adjusted for a warmer, fatter sound. Some vocal volume levels adjusted slightly. Adjusted kick drum click to feel more natural and be slightly louder. Snare drum adjusted & EQ-d to have fewer distracting harmonic overtones and fit into the groove better. Some overall mix & master EQ & compression adjustments to create a more full, balanced sounding production.

  • Keira Knightly, Celt paint, her fights, Expressions, make her the most believable dangerous of warrioress I have ever seen on movies. Any male would know she meet to end your life, it's in her eyes. Pity she never did any more films like this.
