  • It's kind of insane that a Visual Novel and Anime series about time travel, friendship and waifus completely changed how we view a simple little Maid cafe and unremarkable apartment complex. The world would be a very different place without such amazing fictional stories and creative authors.

  • The restaurant where Okabe ran out of without leaving enough money is also in Akiba and really close to whats shown in the video. I tried it and honestly, understandable what Okabe did. Not the best restaurant lol. Very average

    • @The_TylerDurden_Narrator technically , it is #1 . Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is only half way through all its episodes , so its too early to consider it. FMA has a toxic cult like following on MAL that will literally do anything to keep it at #1. I remember when Aot s4, love is war, Fruit basket and HxH shortly dethrown it and the FMA fanbase literally review bomb these animes to make their rating drops. So its kinda unnatural position at #1 tbh .. But yh i agree with u , Steins gate isnt underrated, everyone just accepted it for a classic masterpiece and moves on

    • This one is the main building that was used, door, mailbox, rain thingy on top, the garage was the tv shop underneath the lab, they also combined some elements from the smaller building on the right (balcony), it's a mixture of the 2.

    • Well, that's because that one in the video is not the actual laboratory, thought it's pretty close to it.     • @@bulgarianmustard1258 sorry but I dissagree, it still doesn't look like the lab, and neither do the buildings on the left and right, also..the one I filmed I also filmed in 2019 where there was a steins gate vending machine next to it, I also compared a scene in the anime where Okabe runs to the park and also the scene with the car chasing okabe, the same location of the alley way, however..it's possible that yours also inspired the building as it's located 10 seconds away and paralel to each other, the aircon and mailbox location for example, the top of yours doesn't look right though, I genuinely think that the lab is a mixture of several buildings, but the actual location is correct in the video.
