This bringing back very fond memories of foundry work in shop class, back in the day! You got you two-part mold, oil sand, sprue, riser, and screed board. Very nicely done, excellent attention to detail.👊🏼🤘🏻💯😉👍🏼
I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee, though not from this awesome bow. Nice work!
the dadric bow is one of my all time favourites bows in skyrim
And so the elder said: "A hero will emerge wielding a brilliant silver bow, to protect & defend the world against the Forces of Darkness.
And then it ends up being aluminum
@@xenoplaysvr7982that's bc he cant afford the .999 version 🤣
Jesus, that was one of the cleanest castings I've ever seen out of the mould.
This is getting some serious form of art now...
How about it work,,when it used to shoot the Arrow,,i really wonder,,,how about for strenghten?,,but casting alumunium is very look like futuristik bow model on ..look like play station custom of Hero 👍
Bow + Multiple Blades. That is dope!
The king of aluminum!! Congratulations, you got what you deserved ;-)
Year I guess I I'm now he 😁 thanks for stopping by...
@@AlumiTube could you create volendrung... I know it's not daedric but it's still pretty cool
@eric kirby: Please see yourself out!!!
I dont know why this was on my recommendations for KZhead but I'm glad it was!
I love Skyrim so I love this video and how many dragons you slayed watchers
56 and still goin
I slay dragon slayers
maybe 30-40ish
He could have made the outer limb/blades separately bolted into the central riser, and the central 'daggers' out of bendable carbon fibre attached to outer blades with strings. Would have made an awesome looking and fully functional lever-action bow that works like an Oneida Kestrel.
I was impressed by your AutoCAD skills. Rest has blown my mind. I want that....
You caused a bit of stir in Denmark when you demonstrated the power of your Thu'um. Not everyone is anxious for the return of the Dragonborn. I for one desire to see you grow and develop your talents. Skyrim needs a true hero these days. You should turn your attention to Australia. I understand it holds a mysterious source of power that can only be unlocked by the Dragonborn.
now I already know what my profession will be
Wow 🤩 that’s amazing oh! Also great job I can’t believe how you did that
Holy crap your casting imprints are better than most outcomes!!
That looks amazing. Would also look perfect for the handlebars of my trike that I'm going to build (if my illness and disability improve - fingers crossed!) Think I might make something similar (from tubing rather than casting it) and might incorporate a similar design in to the fender covers too. Love the design. Well done.
You doing any better?
It can stand for decoration

It looks to be too much money and too much work only for standing decoration 😂
I agree. Additional metal /wood shielding, leather/rope wrapping, paint. Anything would be better than leaving it naked metal.
I would actually buy one of these if they were available even if they couldn’t be fired
Impressive cast. Nicely done!
Хорошее видео и отличная работа. Спасибо и лайк )))
You missed the perfect opportunity to put a smithing level 100 on the screen
Yeah but he's not smithing, because that actually needs some amount of skill rather than pouring metal in a hole.
@Mikkel Snoghøj Obsen H8A Yeah but not spilling something isn't a skill.....

I love it when you remove the dirt from above with the wood 🤤
i would, without a shadow of a doubt, pay atleast $3,000 for this if it was painted and functional, this is amazing good work dude
Same dude
not functional at all its a cast lump of metal with zero flex or return
One of the most beautiful castings yet!
This is awesome, I love it. I play Skyrim a lot and this is the only weapon I use. It is really cool that you made it, I wish I could do that.
I loved the video upintil the end when he did isn’t shoot it
It cant shoot!
The bow should be flexible for you to shoot an arrow
Wait..who equips ancient Nord arrows to a deadric bow?
DerRick Marrero noobs
When it's their only option, they'll use whatever.
could be worse... forsworn arrows...

@@christophersavignon4191 I always called them foreskin arrows lmfao
Me parece un muy buen trabajo, pero para que funcionara, debiste hacerla en tres partes, con resortes en las puntas delanteras para hacer resistencia al momento de estirar hacia atrás la flecha, espero me hayan entendido saludos desde VENEZUELA.
This is the first bow ive seen you make!
Ok, so "visually" it looks great. But if you were gonna go through that much trouble, why not cast the parts individually so that the bow can actually be functional rather than just a heavy ass paperweight
My thoughts exactly!! It would have been fairly easy to do. More work, no question, but having enough skill to do such a perfect cast means that doing 2 more casts would have been a snap.
Aluminium cannot be bow limb material
@@HistoricalWeapons Not sure where you get that idea...
Coolest thing I've seen in a good while. Not sure how well it really performs tbf, but a really nice bow anyhow!
That's a very impressive work!

Has subido de nivel felicidades!!
Who in the world makes something and then doesn't use it ? I demand a video of you shooting metal tipped arrows from this bow !
This bow wouldn't function. You couldn't shoot anything with it; aluminum isn't flexible enough to work as bow material.
Awesome virtual to reality result, thanks for sharing your process! What 3D printer do you use and why the step of going from Maya to Blender? Was that to accommodate the 3D print?

Great job on the casting!!!
Wow, I have never seen anything like this before......impressive.
Does it draw and fire an arrow? At how many pounds? Any idea? Very cool though
In order for a decent shot, the ends of the bow needs to bend when you pull the string back. This would be just an art piece basicly
It would be really cool to cast a custom riser like this but mill it to accept a modern cam system to make it functional.
Yeah your not bending that. It'd just break really. Looks cool though
One could make fiberglass limbs for it and have most of the aesthetic pieces cast in aluminum
Yes. You use rubber for the bowstring, shoots very well.
I have now made it my life goal to either buy or make one of these
You make legendary weapons!!
A big question I've always had. Can you reuse the sand that you have previously used for casting?
Nice work, +1 subscriber :)
Someone needs to send this guy some bones so he can make a real Dragon bow.
Wasted
Sorry there is no dragon bow in skyrim 😐
No dragon bones in real life. Sorry
Send him ur own bones if u want it done so bad
komodo
Es la cosa mas chingona que he visto.
I write through a google translator. This bow can be made working if you change certain details, although it will not look like the canonical. It should be divided into 3 parts, and add springs for tension. By type of bows which are made of bicycle disks. It would probably be cool.
Your translation did a good job English is an easy to understand language and you can say the same thing in 1 million ways.
Excellent work bro you are cool and your work is also great work please teach me 😎😎😎😋
Brilliantly crafted I love it well done this is amazing..... Wow wow

What type of sand do you use? I’ve been learning metal casting myself and want to do some bigger scale projects like these!.
william wooldridge you can make something called green sand and you can look it up you can see how to make it. Or you could just buy something called petrobond sand. Petrobond sand is pretty expensive though. If you do buy petrobond sand you need to pack it really well and also it stains your hands and is hard to wash off so wear gloves if you are using petrobond sand.
Mans look like he making his own Mjolnir
nice work a big question is how did u make the actual bow the one that u made in Maya? is that also made of sand
Отличное видео.Мне понравилось.Ставлю лайк.
Since it won’t curve on the pull, put some spring loaded pulleys cams, or resistance cams, you have the software to design it.
cool design but, you need an elastic string for this to be useful.
its really not a bow, it's just a hunk of metal with an elastic
The string is not where the power of a bow comes from, as a matter of fact most bowstrings are inelastic.
@@Chase14videos I think he's implying that you'd need an elastic string because the bow won't be doing any of the flexing (as would be the case with a traditional bow as you mentioned).
The bow wasn't created to shoot it was created to be hung on a wall to impress guests or something. Can't think of anyone in the right mind making a straight aluminum bow for the purpose of shooting arrows.
@@Thandon I think that we are all on the same page on that fact. Hypothetically though, if you were to want to fire a bow such as this (at all), you would need an elastic string. No one is claiming this is practical however.
Impressive work dude 🤙

hey love your videos but i have a question how long dose it tak for you to desighn and make one of your creations
I love the bow you think you can also make Elektra Sais the ones that Jenifer Garner used?
Gostei muito esse arco ficou muito top
Brasil
Queria sabe se tem algum curso específico pra se aprende a usa esses equipamento.
Muito Bonito mesmo, porém só serve de decoração, o alumínio não é um material que funciona como arco, porque ele não tem a propriedade elástica do aço e da madeira
It doesn’t fire though shouldn't art meet functionality much like a clock?
fine question m8
I feel if you are only wanting to make replica prop straight from the game its fine. The whole design would have to be changed to make it functional, and pretty much all details of it like the odd spikes are just for the looks. It would be really impractical design as actual bow
How would the aluminum bend if you decided to use it or is it just for a prop
Pretty damn cool! It couldn't shoot anything, but it's pretty cool nonetheless!
"Daedric". Someone had to say it. Awesome cast btw.
lol
I was going to but didn't want to be that guy 😂
Cool - can you do same thing but use epoxy resins like the woodturning people do? You can mix some colors and I bet would also be amazing.
I think this is the good process of making these types of thing
Looks great! But I was bummed when I found out it wasn’t functional:/. Awesome job none the less!
Looks more like a Batleth from Star Trek than a bow. Strange design for a bow.

Superb....Fantastic! An Aluminium Deadric bow from Skyrim!!!! But alas! you didn't tie up the bow string and also no arrows of aluminium are made. If you did that, I would be very happy since the power of the bow is not tested. Btw thanks for the video pal:-D
Jyot Dsdksf Xhcc Xkvx Xxjd Xb
@@dhisupatel5771 but what is the meaning of this?
I don't think it's actually functional as a bow more of a decoration. Solid aluminum doesn't flex and snap back so there wouldn't be any power it would most likely just bend.
Not trashing on what you did because its all impressive but i think this is more like a fancy slingshot more than a functional bow still a great piece
