Look I was skeptical but now forget about it. I want Nic Cage’s Ghost Rider and Eric Bana’s Hulk just crashing through every multiverse portal. Send them all in. With the newest instalment of the arachnid themed hero saga instantly jumping into any sane person’s top ten MCU films, to say it didn’t leave some questions would be a gross lie. I have literally all the questions. However, today let’s start with what has been happening in Tobey and Andrew’s separate worlds since we last saw them? And what is going to happen now that they’ve been through what I would assume would be a life changing experience. Let’s take a look right now!
I’m just going to call them by their actual names, because let’s be real if I call them all Peter Parker we’re going to be more confused than Ned. That being said, I could watch these three heroes just have a conversation for two and a half hours. These conversations revealed so much about what has happened to our heroes since we last saw them. Tobey found love, Andrew found more heartbreak, and both have kicked some form of butt. What are you certain that Andrew or Tobey have gone through since the conclusion of their film franchises? Andrew and tobey haven't seen half the stuff Tom has yet they took the multiverse so good and still kinda mentored Tom because they quickly understood he is just starting and is young. Instead of asking so many questions they came, helped, and left.
I wish there where a scene where Tobey tells Tom that “whatever battle we have raging inside us, we always have a choice” as his best friend Harry taught him that in Spider-Man 3.
@@a.jthomas6132 there lines seemed too simple. Their reactions weren't how you would expect them to react. Seems like they focused more on fan service rather than actual deep lines and story writing. They were too okay with even the fact Ned and mj knowing they're Peter Parker. Un real reactions and too many nostalgia aiming scenes

I think MCU is pretty much a live version of the classic comics,where all sorts of superhuman beings,deities, etc exist next to humanity.Magical and outrageous things are a daily occurence there. Whereas in the Sony and Raimi spiderverse,I always got the impression that they were more like a 'what if people in the real world occasionally develop super powers' type deal.In their worlds I think having those kinds of powers is so rare,that there aren't enough of them to form many teams (villians or heros). Notice how most superhumans in Sony/Raimi verse are science experiments or technology gone wrong.In other words a more realistic version of what could create a superhero or villain in real life. Whereas MCU has Space tyrants wearing cosmic gloves and wiping out half of humanity,or sorcerors opening portals to alternate dimensions. Or literal gods like Thor being part of hero teams etc. Notice how shocked Raimi and Sony Spidey was to find out that magic existed in the MCU.Something like that must be completely foreign to them

I am hoping for a remake of Spiderman 3 and Amazing Spiderman 2 Spiderman 3 should only have venom and fully embrace the horror aspect of the symbiote and have a buff tough comic accurate Brock with more character,Sandman is great but he didnt fit in the universe at all turning into sand because he was put inside fast moving sand is too ridiculous. Amazing Spiderman 2 should simply not have the Harry crap and have the Electro we saw in No Way Home

Edit: *Just found out Conners and Flint were reused scenes from previous movies and they didn’t manage to actually get their actors. Kinda sad about that, but it’s still impressive how they managed to fool us.*

The way Andrew looked after saving MJ, it was heartbreaking. You could tell that he was happy to be able to get some semblance of a second chance. He was nearly crying.

@@megaman37456 We DID get closure with Tobey's Spider-Man. His trilogy ended with all subplots wrapped up and in No Way Home it was mentioned that he and M.J. managed to stay together and make things work after we saw them begin to reconcile at the end of Spider-Man 3. While I would LOVE to see his story continue in more movies, it's not like we were left hanging with his version of the character. I would welcome a Spider-Man 4 with HUGE open arms, but it isn't absolutely necessary. TASM 3 makes more sense to do, but I don't like that iteration of Spider-Man...so I personally don't wanna see it. I am content to let that version be. Unless they hire somebody else to direct and write it.

The way they brought back Electro and gave him a new look since people didn’t like his old look and patched up all the holes and actually explained why he looked different and that he was self-aware of it was honestly perfect. *Props to Marvel man!* 👏👏

After seeing how Spider-Man No Way Home ended, I want to see Tom Holland's Spider-Man next appear in other MCU movies and Disney Plus shows when he's not busy with his studies or anything else.
He might make an appearance in hawkeye's finale since he lives close to where the finale is supposed to take place and the movie ends on Christmas like hawkeye. And the fact that the movie got released a week before the finale shows it all. However, marvel will need to point out the spoiler and ect so idk.

Legends return. Tobey Maguire, Willem Dafoe, and Alfred Molina as well as the rest of the cast gave stellar performances for sure, but it was the redemption of Andrew Garfield's spiderman that really sold the movie for me. I loved those movies and seeing the three Spidermen meet each other and work together as well as the Matt Murdock cameo is a real Christmas miracle. Spiderman no way home is a cinematic masterpiece for me.

A new campaign needs to be created for fans to see a new solo Spider-Man films for tobey and Andrew, which should help us as fans to explore deeper of the aftermath of their previous films.
I like to think that to perserve the efforts of the 3 Spider-Man curing and depowering the supervillains, Dr Strange altered the return spell so that when everyone returns to their respective universe, they are also sent to the same timeframe corresponding to whenever their respective Spider-Man came from. Meaning that if the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man that appeared in No Way Home was 5 years after Spider-Man 3, his 3 villains would come with him to that time instead of like during Spider-Man 1 to 3. And if Andrew Garfield Spider-Man came from like 2 years after Amazing Spider-Man 2, Lizard and Electro would also be returning with him then rather than during Amazing Spider-Man 1 and Amazing Spider-Man 2 respectively.
Norman should actually hate being depowered like he did in the comics, and then get Carnage making him Red Goblin would be dope. More Dafoe as Norman Osborne is always welcome.
I think what actually happened is it created 5 new branch universes where each villain was cured, and at least partially reformed. And I'd prefer an alternative version of the Tobey we see in NWH got to have a reality where Norman is prosecuted for his crimes and he and Harry remain good friends. And Aunt May and Peter take Harry in as emotional support and he begins reforming his father's business into one of charity rather than destruction, and Osborn industries becomes that universes F.E.A.S.T.
@@fg009letyrds8 the whole idea of the Green Goblin and Norman Osborne having this pseudo Jekyll & Hyde type of mindset stemmed from the 90s Spider-Man The Animated Series. Its safe to assume that The Rami films adopted that interpretation in their 1st film with No Way Home following through with it and making it work.

Sony owns *Spiderman* Will never happen, BUT, I did hear rumors that Tobey's Spiderman 4 might be created with the animation team from into the spider verse. Just a rumor!
Since Andrews Peter was really fascinated that the multiverse was real I wonder if he's gonna try to do more research on it and try find an alternate version of Gwen. I know that the original story for TASM 3 was gonna involve him finding a formula to bring back people from the dead. But that could be rewritten to multiverse stuff instead. Plus it could involve a team up with Venom since he was also transported to the MCU for a bit.
We need the 3rd movie for Andrew Spiderman. Hell we need more of Andrew's universe to be explore such as - we need to see his version of MJ, Felicia become Black Cat, the Sinister Six that clearly been hype up at the end of the last movie, Hardy's Venom finally meet him and lastly, after experience multiverse, his research end up meeting alternate Gwen who became the Spidergwen. So much potential to do with Andrew's universe.
MJ was supposed to be in TASM2 they shot scenes and deleted them from the final movie so he has a MJ in his universe 🕸🕷
Tobey Maguire is the Peter Parker of Into the Spiderverse. In NWH, he seemed to be the quickest to understand he was in another universe, as he immediately started looked for the MCU Universe's Spider-Man

Yeah he feels lige the OG spiderman from ITS. Same complaining about age, same reserve to answer "personal" questions (he acted like talking about his organic webbing was more private tha it shoul be). What we got was pretty much Live Action into the Spiderverse. Since they estabilished the multiverse already i hope Miles will pop up in one of the universes sooner or later. I diliked him in the comis for some time but in Into the Spiederverse he was great. He deserves to be in a movie even as a sidekick for starters.
In the movie after Strange messed up the spell he explained to Peter what happened. Then Strange says that everybody that knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man is coming to their universe. I know that goblin, doc Ock, lizard, sandman, and electro know who he is but venom doesn’t. The Tom hardy venom didn’t even know that Peter Parker or Spider-Man was a person until he was brought to the MCU. He even says in the post credit scene, “maybe I should go to New York and talk to this Spider-Man.” So if he doesn’t know who Spider-Man is why is he there?
Because in the post-credit scene from Venom 2 the symbiote tells Eddie that he's linked with all version of Venom across the multiverse, meaning that Venom knows about Peter Parker from other universes, for exemple Eddie/Venom from Spiderman 3
I can’t remember, but didn’t Topher Grace’s Venom know Peter’s identity? If so then so would Hardy coz they’re all linked in a hive mind across the multiverse. This is what he said at the end of Venom 2.

Ok sure it's not as important that Webb does TASM3 as Raimi for SM4 but I feel like the studio got involved back then as well and put too much in that movie. But I think it would nice for him to finish the trilogy. Watts finished it and the first two "Home" movies were worse than Webb's in my opinion. Anyways, let's not dwell on the disagreements, one final Raimi/Tobey movie would be a gift.

Correction: Get Sam Rami back for Spider-Man 4 and let him have total freedom over it. The reason why Spider-Man 3 didn't live up to its potential is because Sony kept interfereing and forcing Rami to put Venom in the film, a character he wasn't totally confortable with using. Sony also kept moving the date up for Spider-Man 4 completion, which was last straw for Rami, leading to its cancelation.
Every older person in the theater surely applauded Andrew and Tobey. Bravo!

Honestly, if Andrew's dark Spiderman bonded with Venom, he could not recover from it without someone forcing him to. So it is safe to say he didn't encounter Venom.
I'm just gonna point it out that in NWH, Tobey's Spider-Man acts more like a mentor would. Showing tricks, motivating people, picking them up when they feel so down and out. Perhaps this version of Spidey also met his version of Miles Morales? I know it's a stretch but the potential is there.
Tbh I think Tobey appearing in a trio of movies introducing and establishing Miles Morales would be the best thing the MCU could do

I feel like it was Andrew's universe that may end up getting the Miles Morales. They kind hint it when Electro mentioned it could be a black Spiderman out there and Andrew just smile. Plus, we know that Hardy's Venom take place in the same universe as Andrew. Idk, maybe after the success of NWH, Sony might finally make The Amazing Spiderman 3. I mean seriously, Andrew deserve his third movie. Theory: Doctor Octopus was still holding Iron Man's Arc Reactor when he went back, and somehow uses this to stop the machine without sacrificing himself. An imprisoned Doctor Octopus giving some words of warning coming from experience, to Emo-Peter, about his suit twisting his mind and making him more evil would have been a powerful scene that might have affected the plot of 3

The idea that this is all part of the larger MCU now is, well, AMAZING. If there is ever a team-up on the level of Endgame, who else can we expect to show up from the larger Marvel movie pantheon?

Regarding when they return to, I think both Toby and Andrew were bought over from the present day of their universes (2024). I don’t see why Andrew would be lifted from anywhere in the past, like the villains.
You can say Peter M. Parker (Tobey Maguire), Peter G. Parker (Andrew Garfield) and Peter H. Parker (Tom Holland).

I really thought Peter was gonna meet Harry Osborn at the end of the film since he lost all his friends. That way he could finally be established in the MCU and that would finally fix the question as to why Tom’s Spider-Man is the only one without a Harry Osborn. But they didn’t introduce him so I guess he’s gonna come in later. But I just find it weird how neither of the Spider-Men actually mentioned Harry’s name seeing as they talked about everything else. I mean it’s not they DIDN’T bring him up when creating this film since they pretty much almost established everything from the other films. I trust Marvel and hope they know what they’re doing.
Didn’t Norman say someone else was living in his house and there was no Oscorp? Maybe the deal with Sony doesn’t allow MCU Osborns.

Tobey told Ned about Harry. That's why Ned got paranoid that Tom-Peter might kill him someday. There's no Oscorp in MCU, so it just drastically changes things. Tony stark is the big name in advancement. But since he's gone now Oscorp has a chance. The "O's" actually stand for Osborne and Octavius though so they'd have to commit to wanting to bring in multiple old characters. I don't think it'd be the best move, but they did pretty much reboot the series by the end, so who knows.
If Ned and MJ are completely out the series then I wouldn’t be opposed to Harry and MJ or Harry and Gwen
@@davechan8613 In the MCU universe there was no oscorp, But there was a Stark Industries, tony stark existed. stark created fusion core which led to many advances in technology. doc oc tried to do it his way and failed and in garfields universe oscorp was working on genetic manipulation.
I have a theory about Ock. He returned, but due to him being in full control of his arms at this point, after falling in with the machine Otto managed to use his arms to help propel him out of the water, and saving himself from what was his assumed fate.
I think it safe to say that Doc Ock return to his timeline alongside Tobey, Goblin and Sandman after the event of Spiderman 3. Because Dr. Strange clearly saw what Tom has done and appreciate it. Let say Tobey come from the time of 5 years after Spiderman 3, then that is when all of them return back to Raimi's timeline.

I believe the other universes will still remain intact because the spell only affected the MCU earth so when everyone there forgot then the other people from the multiverse just stopped coming to the MCU earth

The first spell pulled all the villains into Hollands universe because they knew Peter Parker was spiderman. And the breaking of the universe would have pulled more people who knew. So they chose to delete the memory of the people across all universes so that they wouldn't be pulled to Tom Hollands universe. So yeah, this last spell must have affected the other universes.

I actually think the final fight between Tom Hollands Spiderman and Mcquires Green goblin might have been symbolic in more ways then the surface appearance. Holland ended up beating the shit out of Goblin and almost killed him for murdering Aunt May. I think something similar happened with the Andrew Garfield Spiderman and his Green Goblin (harry osborn) Andrew talks about giving into rage and not pulling his punches when Gwen Stacey died. Unlike Hollands fight I think Garfield might have actually beat Harry Osborn (Goblin) so savagely for killing Gwen,that he actually killed him. Also notice how MCU M.J almost died in a similar manner,where Goblin tried to prevent Peter from saving her

Nah nothing timeline wise has really changed (from what I interpeted) for Tobey outside of sandman. Just because he's there doesn't mean he was picked up from SM3. He never died so it can be at any point in that world future. Probably the same day as Toby was grabbed, at a time where his mutation condition had worsened (which could be why he's made of sand without much human form, which call me crazy but when I hear sandman I lowkey expect a man made of sand) Id imagine Norman was sent back right to the point of him being hit with the glider. In the 2001 film I believe its when he says "Oh" is the point in which he came back, with the realization that "oh yeah, this happened". And ock was put back right when the sun fell upon him. Not giving enough time for a branch to hit a nexus point. Andrew's timeliness however has branched all over the place. its heartbreaking to know that after TASM 2, Spiderman was lost after Gwen died and became bitter. id like to see a movie during the years where he stopped "pulling his punches" and he treads the line between Spiderman and Batman, but at the same time i feel like its deeper if it never gets shown on screen
Spider-Man: No Way Home is the stepping stone to make the impossible become possible, with the Spider-Man crossover was a dream come true it’s definitely positive that both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will share the spotlight to have more Spider-Man movies and deserve second chances. We need Spider-Man 4 to have Tobey come back and feature more villains in his universe like Vulture as the main villain, Black Cat, his universe’s mysterio and The lizard. As for Andrew he also deserves the long overdue and he is the more darker version of the character we need the Amazing Spider-Man 3 too showing other villains they teased to appear and he mentioned that he just stopped holding back and was more angry and aggressive it would be interesting to see just how it happened but after saving MJ redeeming himself and connecting to his fellow Spider-Men he’ll finally become the hero he was destined to be

Just an opinion based on this video, (Trying real hard not to spoil)... What I would love to believe that might have happened is: 1. Norman, Otto, Flint went back with their Peter in their universe at the point of time when Peter 2 was dragged into Peter 1's universe. Basically saying that the main timeline (current/ present) at the same point where Tobey's Peter went back in. Let's say Raimi Universe in the year 2023, the point in time where every event in the Raimi Trilogy already happened years ago. The villains will come back in their respective universe but would be entirely new for them. Norman learning that his son is dead, Otto completing his Power of the Sun project, and Flint reuniting with his daughter. So no past will be screwed as they're all in their present timeline. 2. The same thing for Peter 3's villains, so there will be two Dr. Connors existing in the same period of time (One living in a prison "the main Lizard", the other will be hiding for his life "the one who went to mcu"). Electro finally celebrating his birthday as a normal human but on a run for the crimes he committed because this is still the point of time where their world believed that Electro died by a magnet. He cannot turn himself in because the world would think that resurrection is possible once he is captured and identified. But ofc Peter 3 will help them out, they're all friends afterall. I'm just saying this so I wouldn't confuse myself that they went back to change their fate or the past. I like to believe they went to their universe's present timeline eventually setting the story for the continuation of their movies. 💟💟

I think everyone forgets about the spell Dr. Strange casted. It made everyone forget peter parker, which likely ruined tobey’s peter and mj’s relationship, since mj wouldn’t have remembered who he was.

Another thing about Norman’s timeline is that this version of norman is more or less aware of what will happen to his universe’s versions of Otto and Sandman so he may be able to tell it to his Peter preventing the incidents His is probably the best timeline out of the many we’ve seen
