  • I know this video is old but just wanted to point out that creatine is not actually a carbohydrate but a non protein amino acid that is found in muscle tissue but you would have to eat unhealthy level heaps of meat to get proper dosage which is why most people supplement it🙂

  • If you have a hard time gaining weight (I had), just learn leglocks and a good guard and just fight their lower body 😅

  • I float between 170-175lbs. I want to develop stronger legs and arms. I also am going to start competing at years end and I believe my coach will want me to compete at 160lbs. How can I cut while still getting stronger?

  • I was 83kg at 185cm in January. I had to move house so i could not train and eat properly for 2 months, went down to 81 and then had to cut for bjj tournament. Right now i m 79 and i want to go up to 85 (which is kind of my natural weight) in the next year but since i m training almost every day bjj it is so difficult because i have to eat so much, and on top of it find time and energy to lift weights like i used to do months ago

  • I lift 4 days a week, but I split it up so that I work each muscle group twice a week. I'm jacked, and everyone I train BJJ with tells me I'm strong as an oax. The biggest, strongest guy at my bjj gym always wants to roll with me after I'm tired.
