    • @@rahul-md2wx , you need to grab it upside down. With your biggest thumb above and the other 4 fingers under. Them use momentum, starting with one part of the bar touching the ground, and a little far from the hole. Them you arrest the bar trough the ground till is close to the hole, the you put a lot of strength, thumb forcing down , 4 fingers up, and done.
