It looks small, and it's made of plastic can this cable dispenser/reel holder possibly handle an 800kg electrical cable drum?

These have got to be one of the best inventions ever made! I rate mine really highly as I work alone mostly and Do some very long pulls never had the cable snag or wrap round once! I really like the clip in centre for smaller drums and loose cables too!

I’m a warehouse manager at a cable company and we have 2 of the larger ones . The boys have shown me that the 2 of them have have basically stopped spinning , maybe they have exceeded the weight limit on them ? Even without a cable drum on the. They are so stiff to spin any suggestions on how to fix please . Thanks
