  • What the frick? This is 41 years old and I've never heard of Steel Moon. I miss the sounds of early 80s hard rock "n hvy metal.

  • First song sounds like School Love by Anvil from 1st album.

    • T he bass line in the first song sounded like I was gonna hear a cover of Planet Claire by the B52s in 1977. I'm not even sure that was written by them either. I'm sure I've heard that bass line in some Looney tunes Saturday cartoons in the late 60s, which ran from the 1930s to idk when. . So who knows who really wrote that bass line. 😎

    • @@jamesshaffer206 my initial comment was referring to the vocal structures in the verses. It's too close not to be where they got it from. I also get what you're saying.

    • @@scottroberts3011 yep, we both found other songs/singer/instrumentalist in the first tune. That's influence for ya. ,🤪

    • @@jamesshaffer206 rock and roll music is so old that everyone has to nick ideas from something that has already been done before, but with a twist just so not to plagiarize.

    • @@jamesshaffer206 It is from theme of Peter Gunn. Considering Blues Brothers was released 3 years before this album, it is where they got it.
