  • I literally had to deal with this same problem for 7 month YES 7 MONTHS, it’s was giving me anxiety, depression and then one day I finally decided to tell the principal and now the person who was doing this to me acts like nothing happened before even though everyone in every 7 of my classes knows everything she did to me 😭

  • My family immigrated to Canada when I was only 6 years old. We only spoke Arabic and no English at the time. This had me very emotional and crying my eyes out because it brought me back to that time. I remember being bullied by kids and also some teachers in school. My mom was attacked because someone thought that she was speaking bad about him. Which she wasn’t. Txunamy honestly did such an amazing job, I couldn’t stop crying. Great job! I was boring to when I was in Elementary and high school in my first language when I came to America was Spanish and my parents spoke Spanish for their long time. But then I started a little by little learning English and no one understood me and broke my heart that this happened but I’m glad and I’m proud that I’m speaking my language no matter what people say

  • Every culture feels disconnected when they don’t learn English. My Dads mother spoke in another language in public, and he was embarrassed. It’s good to have everyone speak English as the dominant language in America, Canada and England, but having a second language, or even a third is fun, but it’s necessary for communication to have a dominant language, which is English. I speak 4 languages since 7 years old. It’s helped me so much. Most foreign countries don’t offer extra languages in school except America. Most countries expect u to adapt to their language first. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. That expression is followed by all countries.

    • @emilys.waffle In America, Spanish will be one of the 2nd languages. Spanish r too comfortable in their own language. So, as they keep migrating here illegally in record numbers, like 1/4 million a month, eventually America will be a country of 2 prominent languages. The Chinese are also secretly migrating here in record numbers, but since the Chinese language is much more difficult, only few Americans will bother to learn it. Spanish is much easier. Personally, I love languages. Each culture offers a different cuisine, it’s own humor, it’s own music, etc. So, it’s fun to bond with others.

  • I'm black and was born in the UK and when I was 7 till I was 10 these girls in my neighborhood would always tell me to go home and call me African American in a mocking tone but I'm Caribbean and not american. They would also just try to make life harder for me. I never understood them so I was always so confused and everytime I left my house they were there to tourment me and I was realy shy so I never stood up for my self. Please be nice and treat everyone with compassion❤️❤️
