  • Troy was a beast. He was everywhere on that field. He covered ground faster than any other safety. It was so fun to watch him because he was always in on darn near every defensive play. I loved how the coaches just let him be Troy. He was able to read the eyes of the quarterbacks better than anybody I’ve ever seen. Loved his speech when he was inducted into the Football HOF. He was so humble & a class act.

That wanna-be gold-digger in Georgia was so fn full of shit! Photos show her still hanging around and on Ben after the rape/sexual misconduct was supposed to have happened!! I guess women often hang out with their rapists after huh? The police took one look and said it was bs! No evidence at all except what was there to prove she was lying! Then there was the $$$ girl in Lake Tahoe (Georgia and Lake Tahoe.... two places known to love Ben & the Steelers!!!) who had like 10 co-workers/ hotel employees come out in favor of Ben saying the girl was lying and that nothing happened! Yet almost 20yrs later lying assholes like you continue to spread bs and slander a great person, let alone a great NFL QUARTERBACK!

Three super bowl appearances, two super bowl wins compared to one conference championship appearance. Obviously great offenses can carry a team to the big one, but those Steeler teams are proof its much better to have an average offense and a great defense than vice versa.

  • as sick as that pick-six by Troy was, he was never the same player after that. He hurt his ankle and you can see him limping off. He lost a step after that injury.

    • Nah, most teams would miss the playoffs with those two as their primary receivers on 2010. This was their final season as starters in the NFL, and TO’s final season entirely. They were both done at this point.

    • If it were 2005-2007, yeah. It would have been unstoppable. By 2010, neither were in their prime anymore. I thought this would fail when they signed him in 2010 and I was right. You could tell Chad was slowing down in 2009, and TO wasn’t a world beater with Buffalo either.
