Northwestern State's Hansel Enmanuel scores first career shot and throws down big dunk
During the college basketball game between Louisiana Monroe and Northwestern State, Northwestern State guard Hansel Enmanuel scored his first career shot on a layup and then later threw down a big dunk. Enmanuel is an inspiring story as at the age of six he suffered a gruesome injury and was forced to have his left arm amputated. However, despite only having one arm, due to his determination and impressive athleticism, he has earned his way onto a Division 1 college basketball team.

The most inspiring story in college basketball by far 🙌
Yes sir😀
IT’s college football in the description
@@nascaracers4031 my b
Definitely
He’s so good with just one arm definitely inspiring
He's one of the most athletic basketball players I've ever seen. Dude always seems super fluid and under control
I don’t think you watched a lot of basketball
There’s a reason he not at a big D1 school. He would get cooked
@@239fla8 doesn't take away from the comment commending his athleticism. Stop being an a-hole, get out the basement
@@239fla8 cuz he’s missing an arm, it has nothing to do with his athleticism
@@realrareap2420 I don’t think you know what all athleticism entails
Seen his clips for years now and I dont recall ever seeing him travel. I'd carry every possession if I couldn't switch hands
For sure the only I could thing of is maybe , just MAYBE a carry here and there but there has to be some leniency with one arm
Well it’s easier when you grew up like that
I’ll be rooting for this guy for his whole career! I heard about this story a little while back and I’m glad he is already getting time on the court! Keep it up young fella!
Ok might sound a little messed up. But could you imagine how good this guy would be if he had 2 hands. That guy is athletic and is smooth.
On me but he’s still good asf
Straight up. It's just a what if, not messed up at all bro. Dudes athletic as fuck. His story is inspiring as they come. Heart of a warrior. Most people would give up. Most people give up at the smallest hurdle!
He also weighs less, maybe that's helpful in a way?
@@10thletter40 Not really you're talking about a 5lb difference.
He'd definitely be a top NBA draft pick.
The sky is the fucking limit for him!
So happy for him. Brought a tear to my eye. I broke my arm a couple years ago and didn’t realize that things can shift the wrong way and cause nerve damage. - The neurologist told me that had I severed a particular nerve, I would have lost function of my arm. It took months to regain feeling of two of my fingers. So proud of this kid for carrying on and developing a basketball career.
This kid plays better with one arm then I could with 3! Props for making the most out of it.
Bro u got 3 arms?
@@chriskeo392 💀
This is amazing. I see why his teammates and the crowd lost their minds. What a story…and this kid can play!
The way everyone went crazy for him😭😭😭
Almost got me crying 😭😭🐐
@@jamedlock83 spotted the insecure fake-tough-guy with a small penis. 😅😅
@@jamedlock83 you sound like your 12 years old lol

@@troycharley5571 who gives a fuck dis shyt ain't school my ass already graduated you prob still in school
An inspirational story and I'll definitely be rooting for him, that's what sports is all about and anyone can do anything if they believe in themselves and work hard 😃
Honestly not surprised at all. He can ball! Glad he got the first one. Many more to come.
My guy's in college. Hallelujah!!! I believe he's going Pro.
did anyone notice how UL Monroes record says 3-6 the entire time and then changes to 8-1 at the end if the game
You can tell there’s another reason there 7-2. Look at there team chemistry every is involved in some type of way in the game even the bench is going wild! I love seeing that Northwestern has a great future with an inspiring story behind it.
Gotta have nothing but support for this kid. Keep striving for greatness young man.
Love it.. I'm a fan of his, and just hope he keeps getting the opportunity to showcase his talents.
This is awesome! He is a real cool story.
Man his story is amazing I pray nothing but success for this young man!❤️
So happy for the dude!
this is the most inspiring story ive ever seen in my life. mad respects for hansel bro!!!!
This is awesome and inspiring as hell. Thank you for sharing this.
He’s a legit talent and I honestly think people aren’t used to the moves he has to do since he has 1 arm
Courage, and heart!!!!! You keep reaching, and shoveling young fella!!!!! You got athleticism put it to work!!!! I'll b following you and your team bro, you gotta big fan today bro!!!!!!!
Much love & success to this kid
I have two sons, 6 and 3, I have been showing them this King since his high school days.
Impressive. Respect. 💪🏼
I want this kid to go to the NBA so damn bad, he deserves it so much for all the extremely hard work he’s put in his entire life. Keep grinding Hansel, stay strong, and never stop. You will get there eventually, I believe in you💪👊
It’s never going to happen. Not to sound like an Ahole but he’s lucky he’s playing D1 and I’m happy he is I think he deserves that and more but he just won’t make it.
He’s not making the nba. Just because you deserve it doesn’t mean anything
@@jimmyjames5175 I hope he can at least play g league or overseas
Hansel doesn't want to be known as the "basketball player with one arm" he clearly never let it bother him in high school
Yo I'm so glad to see my man up here a lot of people already was throwing jokes and doubting that he would even make it to D1 level now look at him! Keep pushing my boy!
It just makes me feel amazing my self to watch such an amazing kid play. The resilience is real. The determination is real. That passion is real 💯❤️
Good for him! Great story!
I am crying so hard right now. Because I have never seen anything. So inspiring. When he got the dunk. I honestly thought it was a movie. But it’s not. This is real life. One arm. Pain. Depression. He’s technically fucking handicap. And he’s On Primtime ESPN. None of us have an excuse. Ever
Damn I never knew how he lost the arm until now. Good to see him still ballin out.
This makes me happy to see bro continue to inspire other's
with 2 hands hw would be in tje gleague gettiing ready for the nba such an inspiration hope this young man the best
I like to check up on this kids career from time to time. I hope having one arm doesn't stop him from getting drafted some day cuz he could be a hero and role model for so many young kids with "disabilities" if that's what you can even call it. He's just so good and so fun to watch.
rooting for him!
Que hermoso se vio volar Hansel Emmauel en su potente donqueo se me erizó la piel.graaande el canasto.❤️
D1… one arm… insane!
1:58 you can tell the photographer in the back is good at his job, look how fast he pulled out the camera to get the money shot
Excellent observation sir!
Love to see it 💯💯
Just saw the Adidas ad featuring him! Love his energy and his story!
You love to see it 🙌
1:32 The way the camera changes position is like something from a movie
Glad a college picked him up hopefully on scholarship and he in D1 lil homie you earned it.
Great start Hansel. We are all routing for ya.
Amazing! Nice work kid!
So dope seeing this after watching him dominate pickup on YT
I’m happy my hometown gave him a well deserved opportunity
When I played ball I had a homeboy with one arm just like him and we use to run the courts 💯 he was just like him and he was well respected on the court because he could ball …
Amazing
Great story of inspiration to all! And I love the arc in his free throws.
Good for you by guy keep balling
Someone please get this man a robotic arm or something! Bro's been balling for years and deserves to have full bodily ability
Didn't even notice he had one arm until he shot the free throws
Straight baller
I need more videos of those with Hansel
good luck to the lad
What a fucking beast. Thats so cool
EVERYBODY LOVED THIS ❤
Let's go Gohan!
Demasiado duro asu tiempo veran Como rompe Los arrros es hijo de kiquima uno de Los jugadore mas intelijentes y duro que ha abido en santo Domingo
If this doesn't put a smile on your face, I don't know what will
Wow!
there’s no way he just slashed through them and hit a euro step for a lay. This guy not only embarrassed high schoolers but he’s doing it in college WITH ONE HAND.
Throw down Young fella
I love how his teammates are hypin him up w team🦇
ONE ARM... What a G. All the couch D1 players would get smoked by this dude 😂.
he'd easily be on a top ten roster if not for that accident. dude can jump out the gym
Hopping he will make it far in NCAA., and probably NBA
He’s on a winning team. That’s good.
God bless
22 knew what he did when he tipped it
Good story.
Love to watch him play. Go Demons 😈
Fuck that's awesome
I mean sure you can do some jobs with one arm. You could be a writer or an artist and sit at a computer. But to play basketball??? Incredible man
He's him.
Is that the one located in lousiana cause if is my mom went were
if he would’ve went to memphis .. him , mikey & jj taylor would’ve been crazyy together !!
His story is going to become a Hollywood movie someday
W BENCH !!
PLEASE !!! I hope NWSt makes 2023 NCAA Tournament
"I swear these games are rigged" Enmanuel: Hold my arm
Best thing is he’s actually a good basketball player .
Basketball's answer to Shaquem Griffin
My school played him in high school
If only if only
Get nothing but respect from me
Armless wonder🎉 1:42
I dont follow the sport but does he have the stats or however they measure to make it into the NBA?
I'm sure Adam Silver will set him up with a NBA position the way he did for other great players who have had a health setback 💯
Damn. I just watched a former high school classmate get shit on lol
Man if he had two arms omg hes doing this one arm on a decent team d1 yeah he the 🐐 😂
If Clyde Drexler could do it this man can
He woulda messed me up too driving to his left side like that. I woulda "shoot he can only go right LMAO" my way to getting crossed up
I want dis nigga to win
Imagine playin with him in 2k
