Rosina Merola People are so quick to judge and hate behind a device screen when they are doing nothing with spreading positivity. It takes months to completely heal from a surgery and to get back on stage afterwards is insane. If people don't like her voice or even her character then they should simply dismiss themselves as hate or even constructive criticism won't solve anything but start more needless drama.
She's been known for lip synching her live performances for years (although to be fair to her most of her generation of 'singers' lip synch) and her voice has never sounded good live, even when she was healthy.

Y’all don’t gotta go off. They’re from different parts of the world where things work differently. Yes BTS along with many other kpop artists train for years before their debut and even after debuting. Bts has been around for yearssssss and finally got the chance to perform BECAUSE of the many US fans and yes along with Asian fans as they are also HUGE in Asia. Yes Selena hasn’t trained extensively as much as BTS so of course it will be harder for her to sing and dance and that’s totally fine because as I said things are done differently in the western music industry compared to the Korean music industry. Because bts has had the training to be able to sing and dance they can do as the same time. They also play their music in the background for the same reasons western artists do. And I personally do not think they lip sync as many of their live performances have proven so. Me, personally, I love bts and Selena for their own uniqueness. I don’t compare because the situations of how they each made it and their music is totally different. If it was the same neither of them would be special now would they. Not to mention Selena also acts and she can dance pretty good as well. Also there is a clip of bts dancing and loving Selena’s performance, y’all should watch that. I’ve been following both bts and Selena for years and known their situations and been able to appreciate them both. BTS is influenced by many western artists as well. Y’all don’t have to resort to hate right away. I always give anyone a chance and research to get rid of any prejudices and I just wish many others would do so as well. #Loveyourself

I don’t understand how so much disrespect and hate has gone around, music is something that each artist or group does in a unique way that shouldn’t be compared to someone with a completely different rise to fame and back story. It’s just so sad seeing something like music that’s supposed to bring us all together be overlooked for a bunch of numbers and pride of who is the ‘better’ artists. I feel as though BTS have done so so amazing in breaking through their own walls and showing the world all the hard work they put into it but it’s so sad to see everyone getting so defensive. It’s music, whether it’s your favourite artist/s or not that’s why we’re even here.

I’m sure there may be groups who don’t train for years and years but for bts in particular, they have. And if you don’t like them then that’s fine cause we all have different tastes. And they don’t train just for singing. They train for dancing and sometimes acting as well. Of course they audition first and if they’re good then they start training and most of them who pass the audition don’t even make it to debut.

But considering that she's not a strong singer especially when she sings live, and a lot of her actual 'live' performances have been painful to watch, I think the lipsyncing may have been for the best. It was a disappointing performance only because the AMAs hyped it up so much, that the letdown was significant.

I was diagnosed with systematic lupus 2 yrs ago so I completely understand what she's going through. It's a really hard disease to deal with physically & mentally. My right kidney isn't functioning as well as it should but I'm hoping & praying I won't have to have a transplant any time soon. I have amazing Drs who really seem to care & a great family & amazing friends who are always there for me. Selena Gomez is such an inspiration to me & I'm so glad she's recovering well.

I KNEW IT!!! Remember radio disney when 5H performed Worth It? it sounded like it was lipsynced because radio disney messed up the audio and posted the video with the track vocals rather than live.
