I finally did a reaction for BTS MMA 2020 full performance and I was not left disappointed! Even watching this back there's so much more I could've said, such as the Michael Jackson influence for example.
You will also see me quite literally sweating more and more as the performance continues, but what can you do! The show includes BTS Black Swan, ON, Be and of course Dymanite!

Love you so much for appreciating Jin as the Center in ON... not many people have. Yes, he doesn't get this often, but he had been practicing ON much earlier than the others the first time they got the choreo. It really means a lot coming from you as a dancer & choreographer. Thank you👍💜
Jin is in the center is always great to see and his hard work shows. He's improved so much 😊 And just as an fyi I only used to be a dancer, not a choreographe. Don't want to misrepresent my experience 😅

BTS is probably having one of the huge fan following in the world called army not only just because of their they are amazing vocalist and dancer , they main reason is they are great personality each and individual... always promoting self love ,love your self and loving their fans...😊
In many parts of the world, including in S.Korea, Covid19 is still raging hard so mass gathering is not allowed. So ALL performances have been and will be pre-recorded. With BTS, (I think since 2015 or maybe earlier?), they have always included pre-recorded segment as part of their stage performances in Award Shows.
The Black Swan Intro was based on the Eastern European Dance Troupe's interpretation of the Black Swan Instrumental. Brilliant. BTS watched it prior to the release of the official MV.

This whole performance was incredible.
Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake production feature male swans. Its not unusual. Jimin is a male swan and as beautiful as any other. JK is of course the prince.
His 90s production is my absolute favourite. 💜
They did a bigger (as in grand) performance for their MAMA 2020, which came after this MMA 2020 performance. Also, your reactions are very nice to watch so keep up the great work!

That parts really hits hard!
I'm glad it wasn't a huge, staged show. By keeping things fairly simple, their talents stood out instead and really showed how increadibly versatile performers they are. The dance break in Dynamite was jawdroppingly good, Jhope absolutely killed it! And what an amazing version that was of Black Swan - love, love, love it!

Jimin isn't short he is 5'9 He is light in weight, cause he is a dancer. He is trained in contemporary dancing that's why his dancing is so amazing

Jhope may be wearing a jumpsuit. I don't care what anyone says, Jin, RM, and Suga have come a long way dance and vocal-wise considering they just wanted to rap, produce, and become an actor. I thank them every time they perform for having the mindset of "Maybe learning this won't be so bad after all." Even though they probably thought they were going to be doing it long. Ot7💜

Jungkook weighs 165 lbs and a muscle bunny. Jimin weighs in at 130-135 maybe. So he would be very easy for JK to lift. Jimin is 5' 8" tall while JK is 5' 10" tall so not that much difference really.

On of my fav performances, the black swan intro and the MJ Dance break were flawless 😍💜 loved your reaction :) If i can make a suggestion of a video to watch: I really wish you could watch Seventeen - Don't wanna cry (Dance Practice) and After that, it only takes a few mins, the 2x Speed version (there is the video by weekly idol, even the one camera version, and you can find even the comparison of Dance practice 2x with computer and the execution of 2x in real time by them). They are The King of sync, and they are 13 (and they choreographed most of it)... Maybe you already watched it, i don't know... If not, your mind will be blown🔥 And if you want: LAY - Honey (Dance Practice) Dawn - Dawndididawn (Dance Practice) These 2 are also on another level of technique 😍

Ok i have been trying to find out how the heck they did the jumps and lifts in slow motion? Did they pre record it and edit it later? Is that even possible to do live?
Yes, due to covid, they didn't have really 'live' stages this year. The groups recorded their performances on different days and just showed the recordings during the broadcasting. On the bangtantv channel there is a cam recording of this black swan without the slow motion.

For someone that supposed to be a big army BTS fan you sure don't know much. Did you even watch who is BTS, and it John cook stated that he didn't really want to sing he just wanted to dance. Furthermore he said he did not think that he would become the main vocalist who are the best dancers? J hope, Jimin, Jung kook are the original dance line V was added after his solo in Singularity you said John cook didn't have any experience dancing before he became a trainee. Jin was in college studying to be an actor when he was spotted by Hey big hit scout getting off a bus. He did not sing or dance he had to learn both starting from zero No experience in dancing, no experience in singing. John kuchenne raw talent and singing and dancing but not very expressive because he was a shy 13 year old kid by western age 14 years old by Korean age. In early story I heard was that big head sent John cook to the United States for a whole year to learn how to dance in hip hop style.
You can be a BTS fan without obsessively knowing every detail about them. Some people just get joy from their songs and performances.

I disagree with the “Jungkook doesn’t look that great with that haircut” because to be honest, he does. It was just the way they style his hair, but I mean everyone has their own preferences.💜
They weren’t singing live lol. They lipped to a prerecording. They recorded this performance’s vocals in studio. They’d never be able to have the stamina to perform this long and this hard while maintaining vocal accuracy. You never ever hear them breathing. At 10:13 in your video you can see he’s already exhausted. That run was tiring you could tell. And there was so much more to go lol
it seems like live to me. u can clearly hear their live vocals over the backing tracks, especially when they adlib. this is more evident if u check out the bts bomb on bangtantv. besides if the sound was pre recorded the mishap of jimin missing his cue on dynamite wouldn't have happened. but i agree that they def had vocal backing tracks.
