Acc. to rulebook 2022: 8.2 means the player isn't that cooperative or may have not followed the instructions by the tournament organisers.
Basically, banned for breaking the rule that says not to break the rules.

Lately I've seen a notable increase in games banning players because of 'negative behavior'. I find it difficult to believe it's just a coincidence, I'm guessing there's been an ESG type of thing that's making game publishers take action.
