  • 2016: happily crying because they win(tears of joy) 2017: happily watching this because they end up together 2018: smiling while watching this because they start as a co-lead actors, then end up as a married couple 2019: crying while watching this because they file a divorce after a 2 years of marriage 2020: it's still hurt even it's already 1 year when they got divorce 2021: remembering the days when they surprise all the fans because they will get married, remembering the sweet scenes of them, and watching the drama while smiling because they are so sweet....... but suddenly i remember that "this drama is the reason when their love story begin, this drama is just a memory to them. They are really not meant to each other" And in 2022: .......still hoping that they will coming back together, that they will surprise their fans again, still hoping as fan.....💔 They had the most beautiful wedding, but has the most painful ending they had the sweetest beginning but has the saddest ending And they had the most surprisable marriage, but had the most shocking divorce

  • I had just finished watching DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN a few days back. It's 2021. I'm late, but it's one of the , if not, the best K-drama I've watched so far. The writer did an exemplary job and the whole production was toptier! It was so good from start til end and the build-up of the plot was done so well. No wonder it hit big worldwide!

  • As an American I have great admiration for the way the Korean people are so humble and appreciative. I don’t see that in American film industry. Also, at the Korean award shows the winners are allowed to say what they want and not cut off. I loved Descendants of the Sun and felt both did a great job.

  • It's 2023 now. But still, fascinated with these two, song hye kyo amd song joong ki. Not hoping for their comeback as we all know it's impossible but I still adore them even not as a couple. They are both beautiful inside and out. Right now, I am rewatching the DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN 5th times and the still give me chills as I am watching it for the first time. Their chemistry is very natural, you can feel that they have feelings for each other way back.❤❤❤❤❤ It's just sad that they are not together for life.

  • tbh the hug between Kim soo hyun and Song joong ki can be considered legendary. they are basically 2nd and 3rd ultra halyu stars respectively . i wish there will be captured hugs between lee min ho to kim soo hyun and song joong ki to bogummy (lol) on stage like this :)

    • They don't have the same married life as us ''normal people'' and again it takes a lot of sacrifices to make a broken heart beat again as if nothing happened. Healing a broken heart takes time.

  • I truly felt their gratitude that they both tried so hard to utter words of thanks as their fighting back their emotions. The sincerity of their words are what really made their speech exceptionally touching to the viewers. I also believe the genuine love and affection that they both have for each other at this moment, which truly brings a very deep sigh on my part and wish to see them this way, acknowledging each other and having just one another to turn to, in times of difficulties. That wish may be very impossible knowing their current status. However, I also believe that having all the beautiful memories in their short lived romance might not able to save the dark side of their relationship that leads to their divorce but this also keep their respect for each other not to say anything bad at all for each other. People may speculate a lot of things and may throw different judgments to either Song Hye Kyo or Song Joong Ki but never will, that they will speak ill for each other for the satisfaction of other people’s curiosity. That’s why I do hope, people should also stop creating videos about the reason of their divorce, giving others some fake information just for the sake of getting views and eventually make money out of it. We are not talking about the characters of the drama series already but the real SHK and SJK who are also humans like us. Let’s not make a feast out of their failed marriage. Instead we should continue to pray being their avid fans, that there will be healing and reconciliation.

I started watching this drama series just this October then I heard they got married and I heard they also got divorced last year. I just feel they weren't in love with each other that much but were under pressure to get married since the viewers shipped them a lot. So he's also a real life soldier. He must look really hot as he did when he wore his uniform in the drama.
