  • So I want to put this out there about Hornish. I live local to him roughly a 30 minute drive and see him out and about either driving semi or running around town. I've had a few chances to talk to him and he's always super genuine. He would love an opportunity to race but he fears not being able to compete at the same levels as others. Like the article stated he wouldn't turn down a chance but he's not entirely sure it's for him still. I know I'd love to see him come back even for just one more.

He was also offered a competitive ride in the truck series for this year but he declined because he thought the jgr deal was still on. He said he is racing with jgr for at least one race later this year and is still debating whether to go full time racing or stay the tv route due to his family
