NICE BUT NOT SO NICE when the next cane will be approachin ...how much is the AC utility bill annually 4 a basic -sized house ? (The beat goes on ...how about some jazz, 4 a variation s sake; jazz is retiree fav music, believe me ..)
Please come rent. Sarasota has changed so much in the last 5 years. Live here before buying. Plus there is a large increase in inventory. Condos have new reserve rules coming into play regarding the structural integrity. Get a buyers agent to protect your interests. A contract reviewed by a lawyer. . Taxes are based on sales price not on the amount listed. Indurance rates have exploded. Now for the multimillionaire this is your new play ground
Whole area is UNLIVABLE 8 months per year…BLAZING hot…Heat Index over 100 degrees..and Humidity beyond belief. Don’t let the pictures distort the reality of living in a swamp.
Why anyone would retire and voluntarily move ANYWHERE on the Florida West Coast baffles me…Miserable heat and humidity 8 months per year….dont kid yourself..it is BAD.
Dubai and China have tower lengths. All towers have 160 floors and 140 floors and they have tower lengths in the world in Dubai 200 floors. I hope in America there are tower lengths.
Sarasota is a very small American city. You cannot compare it with Dubai or China 😂😂😂.
Fun Fact. Sarasota is only the 71st largest city in Florida.
Why do Tower lengths matter? We want to keep Sarasota small and pristine. Not competing with bling.
In order to increase the population and hotels, build long towers the same as China and Dubai in Miami and build tower lengths in the world to attract tourism more and focus on the towers and real estate sector, the same economy as China.

I've been to Sarasota just a few years back and it never looks like that I don't know how all these skyscrapers magically appeared they could not have built them all in the last 5 years that is nothing like the Sarasota that I seen I think you got the wrong City on here

I cannot stand Sarasota. Spent two years there and just moved back to Naples, where the real paradise is. Sarasota is infested with homeless people, violent crime, and just so sketchy overall. I would not recommend moving there. It's like California and not in a good way.
