I used to work in a concrete precast site. Just much smaller scale than this. The people in this video are lucky those vibrator whips are hanging from the ceiling. We had the motor over your shoulder and carried the whole thing around. It would shake you so much lol
Safety is NUMBER 1! in this factory. Much better than the Pakistani videos of machinery shops with open toed shoes and no safety glasses.

감회가 새롭네요. 2009년 대학교 겨울방학 기간에 12시간 2교대로 힘들게 일했던 생각이 나네요. 첫날 저녁식사때 임팩드릴 후유증으로 손이떨려 국을 못먹었어요^^;; 누군가는 해야하는 일이지만 정말 육체적으로 힘들고 고된일입니다. 지금도 현장에서 일하고 계신분들 존경스럽습니다.
Интересно смотреть других изготовителей железобетонных изделий. Вопросы есть: 1 - арматура ржавая, 2- борта опалубки не чистят, 3- сетка после вибрации бетона поднялась, не поправлена. Пишу как контролёр по ж/б изделиям. То что рабочие ходят в масках это хорошо для лёгких. Всего самого хорошего.

The pneumatic drill works with compressed air which drives a turbine inside it that turns the end. I think if it worn out or under a lot of load, it will release the air if it can't turn the nut. Go and look at a care tyre replacement work shop, they use the same type to take the wheel nuts off the vehicle, but smaller.

...or, it could be the very wet environment, so when you blow at nearly 200 km/h warm air to the colder ambient air, it create condensation (exactly like planes in the Sky) because ambient air was'nt dried by a filter (unlike very likely was the compressed air (because, wet, it may generate rust and (lot of) troubles)), so all water particles get packed, in this kind of cloudy vapor ball...

Sehr interessant, aber an welcher Stelle der Produktion wurde eigentlich darauf geachtet, dass die Bewehrungskörbe/eisen den richtigen Abstand zu den Außenseiten haben und die nötige Betonabdeckung zum Stahl gewährleistet ist?!

White air from impact driver is mix of oil and water vapor. Air tools have to be lubed too. I have done this and just usually used a truck to move the mix around. Usually 10 cubic yards at a time.

@@Factory_Monster yeah when the air leaves the tools it goes from high pressure to low pressure (regular air pressure) which causes it to cool down and if it gets below the dew point you'll get basically fog.
this ^^ At a factory I worked at back in the day, most of our production lines had oil traps to pull the oil from the compressor lines. Meanwhile, some lines needed oiled air and so did the maintenance guys with their air tools (die grinders, torque drivers, etc) so the general compressed air supply (running to most of the plant, including the QA lab) carried oil. One time, they added too much somehow, and the air tools were spraying smoke like this for a few minutes until that cleared from the system.

다 좋은데..녹슨 철망을 사용 하시네요.. 음...보관에 신경을 써야겟네요 .자동 시설에..괸찬은 공장 같은데..흠으로 걸리네여.. 맨홀및 수로관 만드는 회사에서 7년을 일햇엇는데.. 항상 안전에 주의 하시고 작업 바람니다.. 맨홀 만들다 추락 사고후 짐 20년이상 진통제 복용 중이고 다른일 하고 잇는데 항상 안전 생각 하시면서 작업 하시길 바랄께여..~~
While it is technically correct to say that the vibration compacts the concrete, trapped air pockets can weaken the structure. In addition over-vibration is bad due to excess separation of the aggregate and cream (more than just surface finish).

The air comming out of the tool is...in fact... just compressed air. The white color can come from water vapor, if the compressed air has not been "dried" enough. This is my guess at least.

It could also be due to the compressed air cooling as it expands causing the outside air's water-vapor to condense.

I also question the worker standing on the edge of the concrete form --- very dangerous and unnecessary But, minor rust on wire mesh is not a problem. All reinforcing wire mesh has rust, unless it's brand new out of the factory.
Even in precasting they don't avoid those rust in rebars.
Minor rust in the wire mesh is not a problem. In fact, a little rust will increase the bond to the concrete.

어휴 내 나이 40 20살때 멋모르고 들어간곳 수로관공장 거기서 10년을일하다나왔는데 몸 만다망가졌네 하 슬프도다
U자관 만들때 개구리 깉은 동물들 기어 나올 수 있게 경사 좀 줬으면 좋겠다. 특히 농수로와 도로 가에 설치하는 우수관로.
개구리 나올 수 있는 형태는 많이 공감 되네요:) 못나오는 개구리들이 많이 보이죠…
개구라 올라올 수 있게 만든 수로관도 있습니다. 가령 10m에 한군데씩 설치하지요. 요즘에 수로공사는 감안하여 설치하나 예전에 설치한 수로가 문제입니다.

Это не трубы это п образные плиты для приямков. Тут даже нет термо кемеры. Неудивительно что много воздуха, даже при вибро столе еще вибратором проходят, а толку нет. Присадки нужны к бетону и пластификаторы.

Wire mesh begins to rust as soon as it leaves the factory. Minor rust is not an issue, and can even provide a better bond to the concrete.
약간 녹이 쓴게 부착력이 졸고 강도에는 지장이 없어요.....
I'm surprised if these products last more than 10 years of service! Concrete slurry doesn't make strong concrete !
Precast drains, steps, or walls ain’t jack unless their made of good cement. Most precast anything break down within 8 to 10 years. The concrete used now isn’t like the cement used in the 50’s 60’s & 70’s period.
