Имею музыкальное образование по скрипке , я всегда с пренебрежением думал что это так себе и прыгая с октавы в октаву . Был у неё на концерте в живую просто расплакался услышав это . Бэк в песне всё равно есть, что видно из части на высоких нотах. Поэтому, если всё-таки бэк используется, то и на голос наложены эффекты. Для чистоты эксперимента хотелось бы послушать эту же песню без подпевок и без эффектов. Поэтому на основании этого исполнения рано говорить о полифинии. Это всё равно, что продолжать верить, что Витас пел плавниками))))

Там был диссонанс между инструментальным исполнением и голосом Дианы Это было настолько гармонично что вызывает изумление. Greetings from Scotland! Yes, she performed in a Minor key! But then Diana sings in her own unique style! And yes, "OH MY!" Then it becomes really interesting! Diana's voice went lower when she went through puberty and she's been working very hard on that upper register to get back here! As for the polyphonic singing, she sounds exactly the same in a live concert and even acapella! Her own vocal coach said she gets goosebumps when Diana is performing, even in practice sessions!

You can feel the emotion in this song portraying because of the traumatic early childhood in my humble opinion but I don’t know for sure I just know that she is precious and is a one and a bedtime artist and deserves to be loved

I love reactions from people with real technical knowledge! Thank you! Diana has said that back in the "You Are Super" days, her voice was dropping like crazy and she was losing her upper range, and it was scary! She has worked very hard to extend it, beginning with her vocal teacher Olga Donskaya, who sadly died just over a year ago (COVID). Shortly before her death, she answered some fan questions, and said that (at that time) Diana could sing D3-D6 comfortably.
Lol...well you you certainly put that under the lense.. but at least your doing a thorough examination and understand whats happening... I think the only way to sort this out is either listen to her doing an accapela number or ask her coach... Shes done another since that, confuses the hell out of most folks called Crow ..its a rework of a dark techno pop hit from the late 90s so before she was born🤦🏻♂️😂. Diana and her team created a mini fantasy aria with this version. Staged to perfection ... imagine the other competitors are also judging each other, then this teenager comes on last in the order and fires this off as her opening salvo 🔥🔥.🤣💖 I think she definately blew the doors off with this one ..😁😎🤩 She seemingly can produce a secondary resonance of a half to an octave off from the prime. This is what ive heard a couple of opera trained coaches say. Elizabeth Zarhoff being one. Maggie Rennay also has the advantage of understanding Russian and there are other pop rock performer coaches out there who are either Russian speakers or Russian . If you want to try to get past the copywrite hassle s try locating your review material from Dianas channel. Let them know if you get a problem . She also provides better subtitled translations.👍🏼

I think Diana had a polyphonic voice when she was growing up, like the song Wicked Game. Now her voice has formed.
Russian vocal coach Jessica Wonder said Diana was born with polyphony. I'm not sure, and she may well have been born with that aptitude. However she received her polyphony, through hard work and dedication, Diana Ankudinova is perfecting her craft.

First, her control over her straight tones is incredible. Second, she has indeed been working very hard to improve her vocal range. Third, in the remarks portion, multiple members of the jury remarked on the unbelievable amount of energy they felt moving through them during this performance-they said they'd never experienced anything like it. The gentleman who stood up in the jury, is the husband of Russian uber-soprano Anna Netrebko, so he knows powerful voices (he's an opera singer himself, Yusif Eyvasov)! He was just stunned by her. All these pros gobsmacked by a 18 year old's voice. Amazing 🤯🥰❤️

Она так выросла в профессиональном плане. Я не слежу за ней. Видела, когда она впервые учавствовала на конкурсе. Тогда её голос показался необычным, очень неестественным в хорошем смысле слова, но и довольно зажатым. Да и Диана казалась эдакой огромной птицей, которая прекрасна в полете, но неукюжа на земле, и тогда она явно не летала, опять таки на мой взгляд. Возможно педагоги постановщики не знали что делать с ее голосом, какие песни давать исполнять. В итоге у меня было странное ощущение от её пения, да необычный голос, подумала я, более того, этот голос заставил меня чувствовать себя дискомфортно что ли. Нет, он не был неприятным, а навевал некий диссонанс, из за которого человек всегда чувствует определённое беспокойство. А вот это исполнение, уже полное уверенности в своем голосе и тонкое владение им, привело меня в восторг. Она действительно взлетела. Она нашла свое звучание и поняла насколько уникальна. Она очень необычна. Я в начале сравнила её с огромной птицей, так вот, это не банально лебедь, или тонкий журавль, я бы сравнила её с альбатросом, огромной морской птицей, которая в шторм летает лучше, чем в штиль, чем сильнее ветер, тем быстрее полет этой птицы, птица, которая не боится ни стужи, ни снега, ни дождя, птица, которая наоборот, отдыхает, когда погода успокаивается, но стоит ветру подняться в высь взлетает и альбатрос. Такие вот у меня ощущения от Дианы, она вызывает шторм и парит в ней.
Люблю на профессионалов посмотреть и послушать, НО, голос этой девушки, растёт вместе с ней... Скоро, очень скоро, ни один профи не сможет сказать, как такое возможно.)
