Spaghetti ingredients needed 2 onions 6 bell peppers 3 packages of spinach 1/8 cup of fresh garlic 2 table spoon of olive oil salt to taste peper to taste 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth 1/4 cup braggs liquid aminos 6 bags of Gardein meatless meatballs 8 boxes organic spinach spaghetti 20 tomatoes First make your tomato sauce because that is gonna need to simmer for about 24 hours dice 2 onions wash all your tomatoes dice the tomatoes while cutting the tomatoes have a sauce pan simmering with 1 cup olive oil and 6 cloves of garlic add 2 onions and tomatoes then add 2 cups of water 1 cup of vegetable stock let simmer 1/8 c oregano 1/8 c parsley 1/2 c basil 1 tbsp sugar salt for taste peper for taste lower heat to allow to simmer for 16 hours next day the hard part is done now, take your garden meatless meat balls and place them on a microwave friendly plate cook for 9 mins In a big sauce pan heat oil combine onions, garlic, and bell peppers and cook on medium heat Add vegetable stock and aminos Lower to simmer and cook until peppers and onions are soft add spinach allow your water to boil add salt (changes the levels to help the water to boil faster) add your pasta (best way to see if pasta is done throw it at the celling if it sticks it is done) garlic bread full loaf french bread in a sauce pan add fresh garlic (3 table spoons) butter let melt sauté until garlic is soft about 10 minites take your slices of bread and add the butter garlic concoction when finished add your choice of cheese (we chose mozzarella ) bake on broil for no more the 5 mins *keep your eyes on them for they can burn quickly when your pasta is done add your sauce to the pasta mix well serve meat balls per plate to the keep their form
