Hi everyone! Hope you are all safe. Here is the promised MM4 animation. I hope you (whoever you are) enjoy it!!
After working on it for 2 months straight.. I feel like I need a time-out. Does it feel like it gets cut off at the end? Haha, I can't wait for the comments. But I always thought it was so weird (dumb) how Wily appeared in front of Mega Man with no ship, robot or anything just to reveal himself.. And then the screen just faded out? In my mind, what would normally follow is rather boring : The MET and Vacuum-like robot are too simple, the Robot Master re-fights are skipped again (though the skip is super cool). And Wily escapes without being captured for once.
Anyway.. I'll add CC "director's" commentary as soon as I can in the next few days. Lastly, the run I based this on is the TAS for MM4. You can check it here : • [TAS] NES Mega Man 4 b... .
PS. Since not all sprites are available in www.spriters-resource.com/nes..., I had to take some of them myself. So thanks to myself and the rippers of the ones available.

  • Fun fact: You can reset Eddie by leaving the screen without picking up the item or letting it disappear. A different one will come out. This makes Skull Man a great place to farm for E-Tanks. 2 are immediately available and you can reset Eddie until he gives you one.

  • Your attention to detail makes me happy. Diveman, despite being a submarine robot, was programmed (?) with a crippling flaw: he gets seasick. So, it's not that much of a jump to think that he could get _motion sick,_ too. Seriously, you have no idea how happy something so small makes me. :) Also, the first one was more _original,_ yes, because it hadn't been done yet. Whether or not the first one was _funnier,_ though, is really up to the viewer, hey? Me, personally? I was super-excited for this one, and it surpassed my expectations! ❤️
