For those who can't afford this currently, here's what to do: (feel free to add more) ❤. Invest TIME in yourself. ESPECIALLY right before bed and right after you wake up. Do some relaxing yoga or meditation even for just 5 minutes and it'll help elevate your mood. ❤. Scheduling helps you avoid stress and manage your time better in order to have time for yourself. ❤. Do some home workouts, they're as effective as gym workouts. Let zumba be your fun cardio and for weights you can fill bottles with water or sand. If anything, invest in a yoga mat and stretching bands. ❤. A nice shower gel. No need for it to be expensive, just make sure you love the smell for some aroma therapy. ❤. A good moisturizer for your body and your face, be it the same or seperate. ❤. Sunblock all the way, pick something that works for your skin. ❤. If you can't go to a dermatologist, ask a good pharmacist. It's for free and they have better knowledge of products and components. Trust me, I did this and the dude SAVED my skin 🤗 ❤. Boil lemon and orange peels and use the water as a mist for your room, clothes and pillows. I'd suggest using it on your pillow before you go to bed. ❤. It's ok if you can't afford silk pillowcases, use satin ones for now. ❤. Do a fun activity for 15 mins a day whatever it may be. Read or have a dancing party or cook or paint. ❤. Listen to happy songs that give you confidence, especially when you're getting ready, standing in front or the mirror and definitely before bed. ❤. Respect yourself enough to set boundaries and cut toxic people out of your life. Remember, no one deserves to be treated better or worse than how they're treating othere and it goes both ways. 🎉REMEMBER🎉, any improvement is great. You don't have to go all the way at once. Exercising for 5 minutes is better than not to move at all, applying sunscreen is better than leaving your sking defensless in the sun. Baby steps are how we evolve and run. Start with what you can, be consistent and you'll gradually grow and learn how to go for an hour of workouts, you'll learn what products work for your skin and build a full skin care routine. If you have combo/oily skin I do not recommend that LRP serum, I have sensitive combo skin and that makes me breakout because it has soybean oil, the only reason I keep using it is because that was 40 dollars, I'm not crazy or rich enough to just give it away. If you don't have much money and still wish to use a retinoid but you have combo/oily skin, then it's best to go see a derm and get a prescription for adapalene or tretinoin, in my country you can get a cream like that for only 10$.
