Ice also works make it niiiiice and cold it will harden and you can get most if not all out and damage will be minimal at best. Cant survive with long hair without learning a trick or two 🤣 just had my hair “trimmed” today it was down to my knees but wasn’t all super healthy lookin so it’s now just a little above my butt. Forgot how thick my hair is after a cut 🤣 in a month it will grow out again. Ohh yeah another tip for hair heigh and thickness fish is your bff the oil helps with hair growth and you HAVE to pay attention to products otherwise you could be damaging it and making it worse off. Stress also will slow hair growth down so reduce it and it should start to grow again at a semi normal speed. I’m lucky I have super fast and thick growing hair but 1/2 is genetics 1/2 is lots of hard work and intense care and attention the 1-2 hair washes I do bi monthly. Ohh keeping it braided when you sleep or putting it in a soft cap like a pillowcase(just found this one out as I lost my hair scarf) a hair scarf or I swing silk pillows saves you hair from damage. LOTS of tips for hair care I have but I leave the cuts to the professionals. Avoiding heat also helps a lot and it’s better to air dry if your can and avoid curlers or straightening devices that have heat. You can do styles heat less for both takes a LITTLE more time but you hair will thank you for it

It's not really Brooke's fault. Ashlyn was the perfect child, she got a part that was meant for Brooke, and the mom obviously favored Ashlyn. I know she was mean, but after thinking for some time, I understood that Brooke's life wasn't good at all. I love both of the twins tho 😃
