I nearly shit myself when I first heard the news, then really shit myself when I realized I wasn’t there to hear it in person. And let’s be honest, the reason this song can be so hard to sing is because Hailey really let us have it, you can FEEL the emotion and all the feelings in this song. How sad, yet angry and desperate it sounds. It hits a chord in all of us. I’m so glad she believed in her own capabilities and performed it. This was so magical.

And let’s be honest, the reason this song can be so hard to sing is because Hailey really let us have it, you can FEEL the emotion and all the feelings in this song. How sad, yet angry and desperate it sounds. It hits a chord in all of us. I’m so glad she believed in her own capabilities and performed it. This was so magical.

It wasn't an octave higher. An octave is 8 notes, she took the last E5 to a G5, 3 notes higher. Still very impressive
@@paramoresbest she can make it entire octave higher if she desires to, she has access to whistle register.
