  • Remember doing this sort of work in the 70s when i started work in New Zealand. Those foundries are all gone now. The moulds and patterns much the same, furnaces where a lot better and the safety was miles better than what these men work in. At least we where issued with face masks, safety footware, gloves and overalls. Most of those old lathe workshops are all gone now, maybe the odd one around. Most of the lathe workshops now, are all computerized. Our foundry area and workshops where always kept clean and tidy, if they weren't the boss would go nuts. Grumpy old bugger he was.

  • The Quality Assurance process is great! LOL! Even when this is how you make cheap motors, you may lose a couple of workers in the process. Faisalabad people may know of this danger, but completely ignore it due to lack of work. Not everyone can access a decent and secure job at the same time. Respect!

Especially when they put the cope (the top) onto the drag (the bottom). There was no way of knowing if it was a clean placement, Well done lads.

  • Second-rate materials and processes, all the way. Random metals melted down together. Loose wiring. Loose wiring terminals. Hammering on ball bearings. Spray painting enamel without a primer. Just like in the old USSR, where motors lasted about 4 months.

    @georgegonzalez2476@georgegonzalez24763 ай бұрын
    • Неправда - старые моторы из СССР до сих пор работают. У нас на предприятии насосы СССР 1960 года работают круглый год, выключаясь только на периодическое ТО раз в год и замену подшипников несмотря на то что они целые, и их просто положено поменять. ТО есть ТО.

And seeing all these engines working in the factories around you, you can see that they are quite old and still working. As it turns out, it's good quality. It's very good work. Well done. @fellpower@fellpower3 ай бұрын
    • To be amazed by something is not synonymous with supporting or agreeing with it. The dictionary tells us that amazed = astonished; confounded with fear, surprise, or wonder; greatly surprised: filled with the emotional impact of overwhelming surprise or shock. In this sense I find these videos amazing.

      @admiralbeez8143@admiralbeez81433 ай бұрын
    • it's cultural difference between you and me,so you can't find amazing thing in this video. Thanks for watching ♥️

      @AsianProcessX@AsianProcessX3 ай бұрын
    • @fellpower This is amazing! As a worker who works in a factory where we make the same product, it's amazing to me that in some parts of the world people still work the way they did a century ago, knowing they work in dangerous conditions, why, because they know it's the only way to earn money for their families , knowing that the system does not care about their problems, poverty, hunger. You asked @Asian Process X if he was interested in KZhead money, but I don't think it even matters in this case. The video is here for everyone to see and shows what is happening in less developed countries, but how you interpret the content depends on the individual who watches the video. To me personally, this is amazing, in the full spectrum of the word! It's amazing to me every time I watch a video like this, whether it's about making rebar, ship breakers, repairing trucks... and every one of these videos reminds me of how FUCKING LUCKY some of us are!!! So if you are angry at someone who shared such content, you obviously have a very narrow field of vision.
