But Karna said him that None of the people will ever say him The BEST OF ALL ARCHERS until HE HIMSELF IS ALIVE . But TODAY ALSO KARNA IS REMEMBERED AS THE BEST OF ALL ARCHERS AND WARRIORS EVEN AFTER THOUSANDS OF YEARS OF HIS DEATH . And more than that HE is the true DANVEER and HE also proved the world that HE is a PURE KSHAYATRIYA AND SHOWED THE POWER OF BEING THE ELDEST AS WELL AS HIS CHARITY BY FORGIVING THE SOULS OF THE PANDAVS IN THE WAR. So i Conclude that Dronacharya failed and KARNA won .

Dron was such a bias teacher, he just chose Arjun cuz he was the royal not because he had abilities better than karn. He even took away Eklavya's thumb that clearly shows that even he was not sure that Arjun is the best and was trying to take everyone out of the way. But most importantly it was him who caused the immense hate between the two brothers, he made Arjun believe that he is going to be the best and insulted Karn when he questioned it, and since both of them wanted to become the best like any student it created hatared amoung them. So this teacher played a big part in increasing the hatated between Karn and Arjun.
