You guys are obviously not aware that videos can be scheduled. This was probably prefight. As a professional fighter has time for these. I mean, a normal working day consists of 8 hours. As a pro you surely can't expect him to train 8 hours a day. Athletes also need time to recover and rest, and how Cam decides to do it, is his business. I truly appreciate the video. Been looking for a grassfed BEEF resource for a while now, and this is perfect. Carnivore diet ftw!
