Curious, how do you get the consent from your clients?
You used to be able to upload a consent video right to HeyGen so I would have them record it and send it to me along with the AI training video. HeyGen has changed it so you need to do the consent live with your webcam though so thats not an option anymore unless you're on the enterprise plan. Now I just hop on a video call with my clients and walk them through the process of logging into the account and creating the consent video live with them so they're actually the ones submitting the ai avatar and consent so it will actually work on heygen
@@JoeyMorin-ai do they use their own loggin accounts via teammates/collaborators or they login using your own credentials?
@@kristinelazo9067 I usually create a new account for each client and then when we're setting it up I give them the username and password. So technically its my credentials but they're paying for the account
