Man, I straight up almost cried watching this. My elder 19 year old brother died on December 31, 2022, and we used to play minecraft together all the time. I wish I could freeze every memory I have of him just like this, so I could go back and relive them all. I remember the first diamonds we mined together, the first house we built, the first time we took on the ender dragon. I wanna be able to load my previous save and sit in our room and play minecraft with him on the xbox 360 just one last time. 25 now, got Minecraft for pc bc even as an older adult, it still slaps. Logged into Microsoft not realizing it was the same account as my very original. It sucks because im a solo miner now, and because of it, I play so little that I might as well have quit myself. It's boring and just not the same. Used to have places built all over the world and intercepting mines and mineshafts made due to excessive digging and mining. Now all of a sudden I play and all I see is a barren wasteland of what was and what used to be. I used to really enjoy Minecraft even back when it was stupid simple, and now I play maybe 20-30mins and can't bare to play any longer.

I did something similar, but simpler. Once I felt like I was finished with the world, I built a small little house on a hill looking over my buildings. Then set an armor stand right outside the door with my armor and sword. Then I made a chair (using a boat so I cant sit in it) and watched the sunset with my dog. Then I left the world right before the sunset ended so my guy and dog can watch it for an eternity. No mobs, no monsters. Just the sunset, together

I retired an old world I made a few years ago. I gathered all of my pets, which were all scattered around in different areas so it took a while. I had 8 parrots, 1 cat, over 200 dogs, and a horse. I made sure they were all standing and took the armor off the horse and left. I'd like to imagine they're all roaming around the world, exploring the many areas I built up and traveling further than I ever did.

I jumped on my world after 10 years and floods of memories came. Memories of how good life was. Jumping online with all my friends we trolling each other having laughs left and right building funny shit. Then I look the now. Most of friends don’t game no more and my best friend that helped build that world passed away. So now going into my Minecraft it’s like bittersweet. Like love the nostalgia but then can also be sad at the same time

It broke my heart to remember all the good times i had with my friends and siblings on video games. We used to all just game for hours without a worry in the world. One day my older sister stopped playing games and started growing up. My friends all grew up and moved away. Some joined the military.

My father left me and my Mom at the age of 8, as soon as he found out my Mother was pregnant with another child. So I took on the father figure role in the house, I'd do most chores, I'd make dinner, I'd walk my brother too school, but when I got home me and my brother would play for what felt like hours. But I started to grow up, I'd spend less time with him, and when he wanted to play with me I'd decline and call him weird or annoying. I didn't waste a minute before moving out at the age of 18, I don't even remember saying goodbye. I spend 15 years without saying a word to either of them, I got a nice job, a smart beautiful girlfriend, I had it all. But one day I found a box, it was filled with the old gaming system me and my brother played on, I took it with me... As I remember I feel flashes of sadness and self resentment, I go back to our old house looking to see if anyone was home. I see a car in the driveway, but not my mother's. I knock on the door to soon be greeted an old woman, I ask her if she's heard of them, but what comes out of that woman's mouth plays over and over in my head. My brother overdosed at the age of 16, and my mother took her life soon afterward. I always beat myself up thinking about what would have happened if I stayed or left the game console with my brother, but that never made me feel any better. It's been over 10 years since that happened. The reason I'm telling you is for one reason and one reason only, I'm trauma dumping. I hope you have a nice night, goodbye.

i remember the last time i played mincraft. I was building a tree house a beautiful one, i was so creative back then when i was playing mincraft. I still remember the first ever time i played was with my cousin, Austin who’s the same age as me. I still remember our first ever house,digging site,dog,pets,tools, and armor. I remember building a grave stone for my dog because it had died because i had accidentally hit Austin so he had to kill my dog. I was extremely mad at him but he got me a new dog, This just shows how much mincraft was in my childhood Memories, even if i still am a child. looking back at those mincraft memories made my entire day. I wish I could freeze every memory I have of him just like this, so I could go back and relive them all. Used to have places built all over the world and intercepting mines and mineshafts made due to excessive digging and mining. I did something similar, but simpler. Once I felt like I was finished with the world, I built a small little house on a hill looking over my buildings. Then set an armor stand right outside the door with my armor and sword. Then I made a chair (using a boat so I cant sit in it) and watched the sunset with my dog. Then I left the world right before the sunset ended so my guy and dog can watch it for an eternity. No mobs, no monsters. Just the sunset, together

I retired an old world I made a few years ago. I gathered all of my pets, which were all scattered around in different areas so it took a while. I had 8 parrots, 1 cat, over 200 dogs, and a horse. I made sure they were all standing and took the armor off the horse and left. I'd like to imagine they're all roaming around the world, exploring the many areas I built up and traveling further than I ever did.

I’ve stopped playing in the past months, and just a few days ago I decided to quit permanently. I just remember all the nostalgic moments I had with my ONE and ONLY Minecraft friend.
I jumped on my world after 10 years and floods of memories came. Memories of how good life was. Jumping online with all my friends we trolling each other having laughs left and right building funny shit. Then I look the now. Most of friends don’t game no more and my best friend that helped build that world passed away. So now going into my Minecraft it’s like bittersweet. Like love the nostalgia but then can also be sad at the same time

I always go for one last mining trip in a cave for some coal then I would put my pets and farms right where I would see them if I ever come back same with my armor hopefully some day people will go back to playing there old worlds just how xbox360 you played with your friends and made promises that you all will play another day but then no one gets on every again...sad moments are always called forever good memories

It broke my heart to remember all the good times i had with my friends and siblings on video games. We used to all just game for hours without a worry in the world. One day my older sister stopped playing games and started growing up. My friends all grew up and moved away. Some joined the military.
God damn, I miss those days. When me and my brother would play video games, all our problems drifted away. My father left me and my Mom at the age of 8, as soon as he found out my Mother was pregnant with another child. So I took on the father figure role in the house, I'd do most chores, I'd make dinner, I'd walk my brother too school, but when I got home me and my brother would play for what felt like hours. But I started to grow up, I'd spend less time with him, and when he wanted to play with me I'd decline and call him weird or annoying. I didn't waste a minute before moving out at the age of 18, I don't even remember saying goodbye. I spend 15 years without saying a word to either of them, I got a nice job, a smart beautiful girlfriend, I had it all. But one day I found a box, it was filled with the old gaming system me and my brother played on, I took it with me... As I remember I feel flashes of sadness and self resentment, I go back to our old house looking to see if anyone was home. I see a car in the driveway, but not my mother's. I knock on the door to soon be greeted an old woman, I ask her if she's heard of them, but what comes out of that woman's mouth plays over and over in my head. My brother overdosed at the age of 16, and my mother took her life soon afterward. I always beat myself up thinking about what would have happened if I stayed or left the game console with my brother, but that never made me feel any better. It's been over 10 years since that happened. The reason I'm telling you is for one reason and one reason only, I'm trauma dumping. I hope you have a nice night, goodbye.

i remember the last time i played mincraft. I was building a tree house a beautiful one, i was so creative back then when i was playing mincraft. I still remember the first ever time i played was with my cousin, Austin who’s the same age as me. I still remember our first ever house,digging site,dog,pets,tools, and armor. I remember building a grave stone for my dog because it had died because i had accidentally hit Austin so he had to kill my dog. I was extremely mad at him but he got me a new dog, This just shows how much mincraft was in my childhood Memories, even if i still am a child. looking back at those mincraft memories made my entire day.
