In my headcanon, Classic Sonic is 10 years old because I always saw him as the younger version of Sonic. I mean, that was basically stated in Sonic Generations because he's from the past

It was also been stated by Amy Rose in the TailsTube episode where she and Tails went over the question regarding the Two Sonics, where Classic Sonic is his younger self in the past, and Modern Sonic is the one that Classic Sonic grew up to be by the time of Sonic Adventure and so on.

Sonic was out 33 years but I think classic sonic might be around about 11 because classic sonic is like the smallest and is known to be the youngest out of like modern boom and movie sonic even though he's been out longer. Plus it says classic Amy was ages 8 to 12 which is 4 years in between so sonics 15. I would say classics 11.

Well going off by sources in the Sonic CD Japanese manual and by how the tailstube vid explained it as well as TSR’s Apple Arcade game with Classic’s description. Classic Sonic is actually 11 years old before the events of Sonic Adventure 1 In Sonic CD Amy is 8 years old and since she’s 12 in SA1 that means there’s a 4 year gap between Superstars and Adventure. And sorry Sonic Jam people, that bio unfortunately has to be disregarded since tailstube said that Modern Sonic is what Classic GREW up to be meaning classic being 16 is retconned and it’s further proven since TSR’s description of Classic Sonic says “a YOUNGER Sonic from older times”

That doesn't explain the growth spurt and eye color change transition from Sonic Superstars to Sonic Adventure. . . I don't know why Sega didn't change the classic characters eyes in Sonic superstars so at least we know how they got the eye change before Sonic Adventure 1 happened

Classic Sonic is one of the oldest Sonic versions his literally the first Sonic to be made although he has dwarfism and cant talk for his whole life!
It's kind of weird for people to think that classic sonic is younger when technically he's been around the longest than any other character (from sonic 1 to today) I mean yeah canonically he would be younger since he's meant to be Sonic's past version of himself, they're both the same character and the same body, just different timelines

so we have: Sonic 15/16 yo, looks like a teen and is in fact a teen Classic Sonic 33 yo, looks like a child, is in fact an middle aged adult and then there is Shadow who is over 50 even though he was inactive for most of the time, looks like a teen, act mostly like a really young adult, and if you don't count the time he was inactive, he might be in fact a baby since he was created already looking like a teen and we don't know exactly how many years he lived before the "maria incident" happened.... and appearently he is immortal, which means he doesn't age....
