    • This sounds great are you kidding me. You need your ears checked. The songs off that album are pathetic at best. This is why the stone roses never released an album because this was what would have been presented to us. The stone roses was a soundtrack to my youth but John squires need for endless solo's was one of the reasons we never seen the potential of the roses. Then we've got Liam Gallagher. FFS oasis after what's the story each album had one maybe two decent tunes.

    • He nails the balance I think. I don't like drawn-out, egotistical solo nonsense, but solo work has a place in songs, and songs like this do hit that right balance. It adds to the song, rather than being an exercise in showing off.

  • Here’s a shout out for the bassist, Barrie Cadogan. He’s a superb guitarist in his own right but he plays for the song here. Check out his band, Little Barrie, and watch his KZhead vids. He’s brilliant and he’s up there with John Squire IMHO.

  • Chorus was a tad tricky, but once he figured his voice out it sounded epic! Tons of rasp and pretty good pitch. This is one of the harder songs to sing on the album, so hopefully he can stay healthy for the length of the tour! Can't wait to hear more!!

    • On a completely side note, did anybody else notice how Liam actually has a 'composed' part with his shakers and tamborines? Watch again during the end, you'll see clear consistent patterns and it works well with the song. Just thought it sounded nice, people troll Liam alot with his tambo but he really did add something to the song here. Helps fill the space with only 1 guitar quite well!

  • They all look very comfortable in this setting. This is the most natural collaboration I’ve ever seen and they sound great together! My advice would be to drop certain songs a semi tone wich is completely acceptable in a live environment.

  • I always thought Liam looked best with a bit of growth on his face! Must be one of the hardest songs to sing on the album, can't imagine that vocal lasting the tour, but sounds wonderful here. Love Liams little head shake when he's digging deep to hold his pitch. The thing I will always give Liam, is he seems to have great tonal awareness, he knows when he's digging deep and he knows when he's just throwing his voice up there like a grappling hook. Loved every minute of this.

    • I have noticed since LGs comeback his voice has gone in a Time Machine slowly going back because in 2017 he sounded a bit dodgey in certain areas in some songs, in 2018 it got a little bit better and 2019 better again it was like that until the end of 2020 and Covid Hit which gave him a giant break and in 2021 he was back sounding Even better probaly about 2001 good and then he got better again until Knebworth 22 and he sounded 1998/9 good and 2023 his voice was Clear sounding without much rasp like in the early 90s which he got again like 1997 with rasp here and there, 2024 he sounds like the same amount of rasp as 1996 so it seems to me that his voice is going back in time. It seems weird to think but yeah, he is sounding great again, at the end of this tour he will sound tired because of the Definitely Maybe Tour And this one with Squire.

  • Think ive listened to the album a thousand times constantly looping whilst at work in van and when im not working. Its a work of art. I hear the Beatles,deep purple,hendrix, ocean colour scene,roses,oasis, its basically the history of all rock and indie bands ever made warped into one album.like a tribute and a thankyou to rocknroll itself and everyone who ever contributed to it. Maybe john just typed that into A.I and it wrote this album?. It is superb and just what the doctor ordered. Thankyou John and Liam.
