  • Dental hygiene student here, please use toothpaste with fluoride, there is no scientific evidence that fluoride is bad for your overall health. Fluoride is needed for teeth it helps to prevent cavities, reduce teeth sensitivity and strengthens your teeth... unless you have a fluoride allergy or experienced dental fluorosis then fluoride in toothpaste is fine.

  • Chilee, I just use Neosporin Ointment (not the cream!!) on my pimples to make them shrink quickly. And it's cheap & works wonders fast!! You can even get Target's Up & Up brand.
