    • He probably hit the gun, if you re watch it, it said "Armor not hit", meaning he didnt hit the actual tank, he just hit some external part of the tank, a good example of this is the tracks of a tank

    • press shift, i think that's the default to change view

    • If I good remember you can also change the angle in artillery mode by pressing G.

    • It has a crew skill called adrenaline, when it's less than 10% hp it reloads ammo faster
