Yeah, Diddy is done. The warrant was issued because there are facts. What they are trying to do now is build enough evidence to seal the deal on a conviction based on multiple forms of crime. The more evidence the more solid the charge is.
Why Swat? First, the property has armed security. Second Diddy has been indicted for using a gun in the past. Three there were reports of multiple weapons within the property. Its hardly over the top when you combine those facts.
