Brother, I've worked as a carpenter and electrician for many, many years. Only got stitches after a table saw bit my finger and a 1x2 put a through hole in my upper lip. Every other gash and injury is paper towel and electric tape.
If my son couldn’t get a hold of my wife I was going to grab some duck tape… but that’s a bandage technique that stays for a week or so.
I sometimes use ductape or super glue

I am remodeling my kitchen right now. Making my own cabinets. I have a med kit and a tourniquet sitting out on a shelf. The tourniquet goes right in my pocket before I plug in any equipment. I have more money in medical supplies than freeze dried food. I have 1450 days of freeze dried food. Also every time I go to the gun range I'm the only one there with a med kit. I have been a fence sitting Christian most of my life, this last Sunday I rededicated my life to serving the Lord. There are no words that will keep me from telling people Jesus loves you and we are all sinners which is exactly why we all need Jesus. Jesus haters NEED TO JUST KEEP ON SCROLLING IF YOU DONT WANT TO HEAR JESUS…JESUS…JESUS!!!!
Welcome! I've always believed, but didn't get serious until a few years ago. I'm still growing in my faith and actions everyday.
I have a former co-worker friend on Facebook who yelled at me in all caps, saying she believes in Jesus, but she doesn't need to talk about him. She said just stop preaching to me. I can't remember what I said on that platform, but it touched her nerve. Staying silent about him only allows evil to rise up more.
Put God first always🙏amen
I pray too. Then I move forward with the assurance in faith that what ends up happening is what God wanted to happen, even if I am not happy with the outcome. Proverbs 3:5-6 it brothers.
I love real people and Charlie is real people. That's why in my opinion his channel is one of the best

Sometimes, it's not what you ask for. God decides what's best so your prayer gets answered, but it may not be the answer you want. I say what I want. I no longer do FB because they kept censoring me. I kept on till I got tired of FB. I've been told by utube somethings ive said isnt right, but i say it anyway until they silence me. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen to my beliefs. I found God again a few years ago. I will try to live my life accordingly. My husband and I have been married 25 years, and this year, we finally talked about our beliefs and about God. One reason was because of me. I just had a hard time with it. Now I openly share my feelings. It will set you free. Try to stop me!!!❤
I handle the injury’s in my life the same way. We need to always testify to the faith of Gods power. Good for you.

We are witnesses for Christ. We a showing people an example of our faith & teaching them by example. I had a ruptured brain aneurysm & my sister said we have to go to the hospital. I told her I had to pray first. She said you can pray on the way. I said you don't understand, I have to pray first. After praying I entered into the valley of the shadow of death but I feared no evil. My Lord was with me the whole way. Had brain surgery & face was paralyzed from the stroke I had. The Lord restored my health completely. No paralysis within 3 months. Fear Not. 😊

I haven’t had stitches but I have had some gnarly and nasty wounds, and I’ve taken care of them myself, paper towels, and electric tape or superglue - but when I was a scout master I was teaching first aid and teaching triage and having the boys call 911… lol😂

35 years of carpentry cabinet installation and trim carpentry, I’m a cancer survivor so after that insurance was financially unobtainable I’m now out of that , but I have had to stitch myself 2 times in my career , never thought I could do such a thing. When you can’t afford it then you do what you must , my worst was a finish nail through my knuckle that one hurt a lot , still no doctor. Shouldn’t be like this 🤷♂️ 🙏🕊️

About 70 yrs ago l stepped onto a pile of boards taken off my uncle's house being replaced with new. There were some long rusty nails and l unfortunately stepped on 1 going pretty far in. My uncles who was a volunteer fireman kept putting mu foot in icy cold water for a long time, changing water when to red putting my foot into another ice bucket until it subsided and bandaged it. No problems. I had neck surgery because of being in some accidents at work ended up with protrusions in neck from accidents at work, worked at DMV Wisconsin taking people on road tests to see if ready for their licenses. Ended up with surgery, medical retirement plus doctor cancelled my license because of severe limitations and doc felt l would be unsafe driver. I had surgery on 2 toes, podiatrist made worse, l couldn't wear my shoes anymore. I broke another toe next to 2 with surgery. Podiatrist said just wear ortho shoe l asked not the boot like when I had surgery on toes. Nope. Now l have 3 toes that are bad l can barely walk. This is a small amount of the bad with my medical fiasco. I wish I would of talked to God 1st
What is all boils down to is each person must do what works and feels right for them, personally and spiritually, on the deepest level possible. To "h e double hockey-sticks" what other people say, do or believe as others really need to keep their noses in their own business and be mindful of themselves. Nobody can live your life FOR you, just as you can't live for another person. Each person is a unique individual and our DNA even proves that as each person has their own unique DNA signature that is NOT like another humans: one size does NOT fit all. I am so glad your healing and doing better. And I'm equally glad you are living your OWN life as authentic as possible with as much personal integrity as possible. If only every human could embody that emotional and spiritual intelligence, then this world would be a truly phenomenal spectacular world, and there would be abundance, joy, peace, harmony, and unity everlasting. 🙏🙏🙏

Super glue is good!! After a day or so when all bleeding stops I want sir on it to speed healing so I glue it in the day & at night bandage it up in case it opens up when I’m sleeping. It works really well!
I've only been to Doctor or Hospital less than 5 times from age 10 and been really healthy. No broken bones 🩻 or serious health issues. Our families eating habits are eat what we raise, hunt and grow. We rarely and hardly indulge at fast food or restaurants or eat processed foods.

Crazy glue has worked for me in the past on deep cuts and doesn't leave much of a scar .
Jesus says you can move a mountain with faith as small as a mustered seed, nothing is impossible to the Lord.
LOL, I lost count of the scars I had on just one finger. Last time I went to the hospital for an injury was 1984 when I cut my wrist with a cutting wheel on a 7" hand grinder. I heal quickly and don't trust hospitals.

Just wondering…when you pray do you ask for healing or do you declare it? Sometimes God can show us how to heal an injury or illness by using medicinal plants, such as yarrow for bleeding. Handy to have these things He created growing around the farm!!
