  • Hope you enjoy today's hardcore minecraft episode!!! First time in a VERY long time where I've dedicated an entire video to a resource farm, what did you think??

  • The only thing large enough to cover up that farm is a mountain or even a volcano, the ash left by volcanic eruptions makes the soil fertile (which would help to explain why there’s a jungle between New Papyrus and the copper farm) and can create a very strong erosion resistant concrete, you could even use this farm as the center piece for a third city in your world, afterall your homebase has the World Tree.

  • I think instead of making big landscape around the farm, you should make some kind of fantasy castle, maybe surrounded by a copper- prismarine dragon? It would be an in-world explanation why there is no other structures around the farm.

    @Akuliszi@Akuliszi6 ай бұрын
    • Problem: that castle would be too big. The Keep, the main center structure of the castle, would have to be entirely dedicated to containing the farm, and that Keep alone would probably be bigger than any full castle ever built. Once you start adding on the other buildings that make up a castle, which would all have to be proportionally larger to not look too small compared to the massive keep, it would be a project as large as the entire Old City and New Papyrus combined, it would make Harrenhall from Game of Thrones seem small.

      @Slender_Man_186@Slender_Man_1866 ай бұрын
    • Possible solution, keep the landscape and the dragon. Classical stories of dragons all seem to have them living in caves, protecting massive piles of gold and jewels, right?

  • For some reason, breaking Ice without only makes it turn into water when it has a block below it. Does mean if you build up around the edge with a block in between you can place ice in columns up and then go through breaking them to get immediate source blocks across a large area. Probably still would need some kelp with the awkward shape of this kind of farm, however.

  • Amazing video as always. And I think you could use the "old" copper farm as a sightseeing point in the city. The people working there could use it as a guided tour for tourists who want to see the factory and want to know how the copper was produced before the production was updated. I am so excited about the future projects

    @theema0502@theema05026 ай бұрын
  • To fix the bee problem 24:12 : You will either need to fill up the dispensers all the way as the honey bottles want to fill the dispensers OR You can put at least one bottle in each slot so the go into the hoppers( I would suggest about 10 in each dispenser slot as the run out quite quickly)

  • I’ve said it on a previous comment, but I think it would be really cool to see you build a small Diplocaulus organic in the waters near New Papyrus. I think not only would it be a cool challenge for you, a small organic creature, but it would add some lore as well! Perhaps the Diplocaulus is an ancestor to the axolotls that Papyrus worship. They’re thought to be extinct but there’s still a few swimming around in the waters. Also it would compliment the Sniffer as another prehistoric creature!! Maybe every little area you could try to make a new organic!! Push yourself outside your comfort zone a little!! Could be neat!!!

Quick tipp: you can save alot of time by binding your "place block" to a random key on your keyboard instead of a mouse button for bone mealing flowers or for placing blocks when building a wall because holding down a key on your keyboard gets updated more often then you holding your right mouse button

  • in the future, I don't think you need to grow the kelp all the way around the outside perimeter. I think you can just make a cross shape, and it should spread out from there as the water sources create more sources, extending all the way to the perimeter. it might not get a few nooks and crannies, but far easier than having to do the entire edge

  • A mountain would be the perfect thing to cover that. At the top you could put a monument, temple, or a castle to cover the storage area and the top of the farm. Then create another city around the monument/temple/castle. The Lore: A top a mountain sat a grand jungle monument/temple/castle where the native people would go to pray and gain life changing wisdom. Surrounding the monument/temple/castle was a mountain top village, each home placed on the highest peaks. It's people would sing and dance in the city square outside of the monument/temple/castle. Jungle trees growing at both the lowest points of the mountain and at the highest. The soil is so rich around the monument/temple/castle that the beautiful building gifts the city's people with riches (copper and any other mod drops). The people decorate their homes with copper, prismarine, and jungle wood.
